This is the second in the insanity Series dealing with the Watson's and the two characters of Max and Deanna. The third will be released in November of 2020. The name of it is Breaking the eye wall. It continues shortly after where Weathering the storm leaves off. A tie in series will be released in December called "The nightmare begins." This story though fictionalized did happen in the US in late 2019. The charaters will be along or the journey in Breaking the eye wall but they will have their own series called "Nightmare". This is the first book in that series.

Luck was on my side as the swamp wasn’t that deep. I tried to feel through my feet how deep it was and it looked like it was hardly knee deep. But, if I stayed stuck in this swamp for long, I would die of dehydration and hunger if not any beast that would easily kill me. First of all, I had to get rid of the weight I had. Thus, I took my bag off my shoulder and looked around for a dry spot. My feet were stuck so I could only turn my back around while the rest of my lower body would stay as it is. Hence, I craned my neck backward as much as possible and tried to locate the spot where the swamp ended and there was a solid piece of land.

I wish the gods or ancestors or whoever was in charge of this distribution will look down on me and grant me the gift of gab so I can convince the rigid elders of my kingdom to grant me permission to leave. I also made an effort to listen to Madeline’s thoughts, putting myself in her shoes and trying to understand her perspective. Their lives began to improve, and they often shared stories about the friends they made at school. They became close companions as they learned from each other. Together, they succeeded in getting into prestigious universities. I watched them smile often and I quietly exhaled with relief.
