It was raining cats and dogs, though it was letting up. And Larry McDonald watched the rain from his office window, a cup of coffee in his hands, inside the school. The students were in their classrooms, the classrooms were in normal use, the new classrooms were still the pride of the campus, and the new teachers, like Sullivan, were working smoothly; everything was perfect. Almost perfect.
Apart from the rain, a black vehicle with tinted windows was still outside. He thought it was making a mess of everything, and apparently, the heavy precipitation would not make it back off.
