To Love is To Let Go

No consent. Her screams echoed through the room as the scalpel cut deep. Seth stood by, voice cold and detached. "Proceed." Blood spilled across her gown—bright, heavy, and merciless. The scene was nothing short of brutal.

I love it when I see the female stand up for herself and make a decision of her own. BTW, why would Eliot divorce her just like that, like some trash. Anyway, I love the ex-regret I smell already. I am rooting for my gurl, Serena.

Loving and Letting Go Without Regret

Loving and Letting Go Without Regret

"You fret in your own grease, and I won't forgive you. Never." He looked at me in despair, trembling as he pulled out the diamond ring he had thrown under the bed. "I regret it so much," he stammered. "I'm sorry. Please, give me another chance." Outside the floor-to-ceiling window, snowflakes began to fall again, just like the day we first met. I looked away and slowly stood up. "Let go. While I still remember the good parts about you, let go." His hand drooped, and his shoulders slumped.

Beyond Beta's Rejection

Beyond Beta's Rejection

I knew he didn’t want his granddaughter to suffer the fate of many before her, but he had to understand that fate was fate and if the girl was to have any hope of survival, then she would need to be released into her true image. I held the blade over her stomach and plunged it in quickly. It slid in with ease and I felt the energy spring out into the body. I took a deep breath and sent out a prayer before I removed the end of the cloth and grabbed the handle of the blade. I hissed as the burn hit me. Each blade was made in its own bloodline and only that divine warrior could wield it. But this was the only way I could get the connection that I needed. I closed my eyes and allowed myself to b

This book is superb. Most definitely worth every cent and leaves you wanting more. I love that there are actual adults in this storyline, that’s a rarity in itself! This author is a talented writer and I look forward to reading the rest of this book and looking into any others by her.
Chicken little
trigger warning: abuse, s3xual abuse, r4pe. the characters and story line are very compelling. the first 20 chapters feature a very weak female lead, but keep reading and she becomes an damaged, but strong woman. just keep reading. as I write the story is not finished. some plot is inconsistent.

Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn't Easy

Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn't Easy

"It's not too late for you to apologize to me now!" barked Denise. "Me, apologize to you? In your dreams!" Gwen squinted and took out a knife elegantly from her pocket. It was a very sharp army knife that could cut open many things that an ordinary knife could not. In addition, the knife was custom-made. There was only one in the whole world, and it was Luke's. When Luke tried to teach her how to protect and defend herself, he gave the knife to her. Gwen used to think that she would give it back to Luke if she left Luke, but…it seemed that it was hers forever.

The One He Never Claimed.

The One He Never Claimed.

But love does change, doesn't it? Maybe he's right though. I guess being public would mean having paparazzi on my doorstep and constant bullying from his many internet wives. I slide my hand under the pillow next to me to retrieve my blade after a while of just sitting. The reason it's there is because dad almost caught me the other day. He wouldn't understand, no one would. The pain I feel has so far only been able to be healed by it. 'I love you forever and always.' I text him before I close my eyes. Even though he doesn't always believe that, I really do. And I never miss the chance to remind him no matter how mad he is.

Can't Let You Go, Mate

Can't Let You Go, Mate

Rose opened her eyes and saw that this time two of them were sitting in front of her, beside the big black bowl. "H-How did you two come inside?" Rose saw fire around her; she could not believe that they came there inside, crossing the fire. "It is not time to talk about these. Come here and take the knife, Rose." The old woman said. Rose could see the old woman's green eyes in the light of the fire. She looked at Delilah and hers were the same. Rose took the knife and asked, "Now what do I have to do with this knife?" Rose was holding up the knife. It was full of blood.

Nice book, lovely story ... I guess this was one of your first books? I can really recommend the book „you are mine, omega!“ from this lovely author ... this book is really well written and has also a very interesting and unique story ... I couldn’t stop reading…

Apparently a first book from this excellent author. The circumstances of the FL reminds me a lot of Sophie in the novel ' mated to big brother in law'. Nice short story although some mixed ups and the wolf hiërarchy does not always make sense. Nevertheless good to follow and entertaining.

Marked by the Alpha: Blood Oath

Marked by the Alpha: Blood Oath

Gravity grows teeth. “Remember your release,” Jace says. “It’s not a throw. It’s a letting go.” I could make a joke about my tragic inability to let go of anything, least of all grudges, knives, or Ronan. I don’t. I let the breath do the counting for me and send the blade flying. It hits. Not perfect, but good enough. The second is better. The third is so terrible I want to stamp my foot in frustration. “Again,” I say, hungry now.

The Taste of Heaven

The Taste of Heaven

“The knife to kill Zach.” The knife was small, but it was heavy, like a sword. Nevea observed it. The knife was golden, and calligraphy adorned its body. She stroked it, and the blade gleamed. “It recognizes you.” Kiara pointed at the knife using her chin. “That’s the only weapon to kill Zach.” Nevea put the knife behind her and stared at Kiara. “You think I can kill Zach?” “You can. He will make you kill him. Don’t worry about that.”
