The Librarians Season One Novels & Stories

I raised my head up quickly at the sound of my name. “ I am. ” I stood up as the librarian scrutinized me. She was the new librarian, Lucy Wenford, a British American. Too beautiful to be unmarried but rumor has it that she was more interested in women. “ Okay. ” She gave me a look of pity before walking away to her desk which was at the far end of the library. For the first time, I was thankful I had company and super thankful that I stayed in a seat, too far away from the watchful eyes of the librarian.

Liora was able to return the first set of books we took and also steal the actual biographies, and then we escaped back to the room. "We laughed over it… mostly about the moment Liora had frozen mid-step when the librarian turned around, grabbing my arm so hard I nearly dropped everything. I was so tired by the time we got back that I just slept off. It was evening when I woke up, and Liora was still knitting. She had made a fresh batch of pancakes. I joined the party quietly, reading the books. “So, she was killed by one of the five factions, but it wasn't stated which.” I said, finishing one of the three books.

the first one who spoke replied. "We won't!" I said with full of certainty. "We cannot let you do that!" After all, who are they to command me? I am Priam's child! I have to authority to search for his book. "W-Why would..." Emma whispered in shock. "...the information leaked too fast?!" She's right! Why would that happened? "We came here preserve such libraries as a part of our duty being librarian staffs." another one of them said. "Your searching can damage such libraries and books!" the last one uttered.

They held **Books**. Real paper. Real ink. In the center of the room, sitting at a small wooden desk, was the Librarian. She looked exactly the same—the grey bun, the spectacles, the calm expression. She looked up from her ledger and smiled. "Welcome back, Kaima," she said. "I see you’ve brought the rest of the cast." "Librarian, help us," I gasped, leaning against a shelf. "They’re trying to delete us. They say we're just props."

Amazing, right? My jaw fell in disbelief. "Is she out of her mind?" "What happened?" I shook my head and handed her my phone to see what my cousin just texted me. Aisie instantly burst into laughter causing us to be sush by the librarian. I squinted my eyes and snatched back my phone at her, she's such a fan of Deylia. "Your cousin is really incredible!" The librarian abruptly slams a book on her desk. "The two of you on the left wing, if you keep on shouting, please leave this place. The library is an abode for students who want to study in peace, not for gossiping!"

I couldn’t wait to finish the novel and then upload it to Zoodago, the sight where I published my works and had so many loyal readers. As I typed, a sharp voice cut through my concentration. "Humans aren't welcome in this section of the library." I looked up to see a stern-faced librarian glaring down at me. She had on round black glasses and a plastic-looking hairdo pulled back so tightly, I could see the strain around the edges of her face. Her eyes were cold and completely filled with disdain. "Excuse me?" I stammered, taken aback by her hostility. "You heard me," she snapped. "This area is reserved for special students. Not humans."

There was no doubt in my mind that she had a hand in orchestrating the disaster that people were still gossiping about hours after the incident. "Knew I'd find you here" she who shall not be named says and drags out a chair rather loudly. The librarian gives her a look and she smiles sheepishly, turning her attention back to me. "So, this is not the reaction I was expecting." She whispers and I raise up my head to glare at her. "The library is going to close in the next thirty minutes, Bianca and some people, yes, people like me have use for it's resources, so go home, or oh, don't you have cheerleading practice?"

Anna nods her head and said " Nothing ' She then faces away, and withdrew from the conversation.. I retired to bed and then grabbed a few a few books to read as I await falling asleep.. The following morning, I took the books back to the library and accidentally overheard a secret conversation between the library lady and someone else.. "Hey, What happens now?". I heard the library lady ask that question.. " I don't know, we should wait for instructions". The other person replied to the question of the library lady.. " Hmm! You crazy". The liberty lady yelled all of a sudden.. It was unexpected that I could hear her yelling, what was happening and why was she yelling?.. The conversation seiz

“Now that we're talking about it, maybe that's what I'm in the mood for. A good mystery.” Ryan groaned but he led the way to that section and we spent the next twenty minutes arguing over book titles and summaries. “Can you boys keep it down.” The librarian, Mrs Doherty, said, her voice a stern whisper. “Aww, c’mon ma'am. There's practically no one here. We aren't disturbing anybody.” Ryan replied, not bothering to reduce the volume of his voice. “Doesn't matter. Rules are rules.” Her thin brows were set into an angry arch and she turned them towards me, “I would expect you to know that, Mr Young.”

“Anyway... this is your new mission. This library is being taken over by moths and dust. You’re not leaving here until you’ve cleaned the entire place!” Hanna looked around, taking in the vastness of the library. There were more than ten bookshelves, some reaching heights of up to two meters. “That’s impossible...” she muttered, skeptical. “If you start now, I believe you can do it in two days,” Liara said with a mocking tone. “Until then, you’re not leaving here.” “She’s not doing any of that!” Morgan intervened, suddenly entering the library and startling Liara and Maya. “Don’t you ever get tired of persecuting people? How long will this go on?”
