The Luna Choosing Games Novels & Stories

"Oh what kind of game is that?" “It's a simple game, I'll spin the bottle on the floor. If the front of the bottle is pointing towards someone then that person has to choose truth or dare. If you choose honest, we will ask you to answer our questions honestly and honestly. And, if you choose a challenge, you must be brave with the challenges given. How?It's interesting? " Luna explained to me. While I know her heart doesn't say that, she has cunning schemes and this trait is demonic.

An honor I didn’t think was necessary as I was the only true Luna of this pack because Jake and the others were my mate. Yet here we were. Celebrating a deadly game known as the Luna Games. A game that had multiple games that could either make or break my chances at ever becoming Luna as I wasn’t the only one fighting for the title but Lilyanna and four others. One being a she-wolf from the Silentridge Pack while another came from the Blackpaw Pack while the other two came from the Moonlit Pack. A shiver rising at the thought of going up against 5 players instead of 1. A thought I didn’t find very appealing before an obnoxious voice rises within the room as we continued to wait in line for o

His father tried to reason. As they spoke, his mother walked into his office. His mother, the luna of the pack, Caua Wolf was a woman in her early fourties. She was only a little over five foot which made her very short compared to her husband and son. She had long brown hair and brown eyes that shone whenever she spoke. She also had very soft features. She was a caring mother and a kind luna. All the people of the pack love her for her good heart, and Rodriguez loved his mom more than anyone else.

"I'm-I can't do it. I wish they'd just let me leave right now since I've taken the time to show up. You've heard about the challenges the potential Lunas have to undertake haven't you?" I shook my head, a little embarrassed that I had been so confident in myself just momements before. "They have to win a fight. A real fight, I heard. Not just anyone can become a Luna, these Games are about weeding out the weak so that a pack gets a Luna of good quality."

The way he says my name, soft and almost reverent, sends a shiver through me that has nothing to do with the cooling evening air. "Why do we even play this game?" I ask, breathless and still caught in the warmth of his grip. Yuri's expression shifts and a spark of seriousness flickers in his eyes. "Because I am preparing you for the inter-pack games," he replies. "One day, when you become my Luna, you will need to know how to navigate challenges, just like this." He tightens his hold, as if emphasizing the weight of his words. His intense gaze pins me in place. "One day," he says, "we are going to win the Luna's Choice game together."

She was curled up with both her carved wolves, the toys Kade had given her. "Luna, we need to talk about choosing a realm. It needs to happen soon. Probably in the next few months." Aria kept her voice steady. "We want you to be ready." "I've been thinking about it," Luna said quietly. "A lot." "And what have you been thinking?" "That I don't want to hurt anyone. But I also don't want to not be me." Luna looked up with those mismatched eyes. "Choosing means I stop being the bridge, right? I become just one thing instead of all three things?"

But it didn’t make it easier. Inside the flame, Luna faced her past. Kaelion saw flashes—her birth, her awakening, her battles. He saw her pain. Her doubt. Her strength. And he saw her choice. The flame shifted, showing Luna a future. One where she ruled. One where she burned. One where she vanished. Kaelion’s breath caught. “She won’t choose that,” he whispered. Aria nodded. “She’ll choose bond.” The Grove trembled as Luna’s mark flared brighter. She wasn’t resisting the flame. She was shaping it. Kaelion felt the shift in the air. The ley lines bent toward her. The altar pulsed. And the flame bowed.

Kai hovering over a shattered barrier, face drained of color. And a shadow — faceless, shifting — reaching for Luna with talons of darkness. The queen’s voice quaked with urgency. — Because, child, the true war has yet to commence. — Luna's heartbeat quickened. “What should I do?” The queen’s silver eyes brightened, revealing a truth Luna wasn’t prepared to confront. — Choose the wolf who will endure the approaching night. — Luna staggered backward. “No. I cannot— I won’t choose between Rowan and Kai.” “You must,” the queen whispered. “Or both will perish.”

“She not only bested the warriors and my beta, she took charge with authority like a Luna.” My heart race increased when his gaze connected with mine. “Because that's what she is,” a tiny curve appeared at the corner of his mouth. “A Luna.”

The cover was adorned with strange symbols that seemed to shimmer in the light. "This is the Book of Lunaria," she explained. "It holds the secrets of your true destiny." As I opened the book, the pages revealed intricate illustrations and cryptic text. One passage stood out: "When moon's child claims her rightful place, The balance of power shall shift and sway. A new era dawns, with shadows cast, And Ruth, the lunar heart, shall forever last." Michael's eyes narrowed. "What does it mean?" Ariana's gaze locked onto mine. "You, Ruth, are the lunar heart. Your power is the key to restoring balance to the supernatural world."
