“You are so beautiful, dark dragon,” Madchen reached her arms around his neck, never wavering her gaze. “As are you, Madchen, and I love you,” Drago crashed his lips onto hers, searing her mouth with his passion.Black wings erupted from his back, engulfing Madchen in a cocoon of protection. He didn’t care that he was standing stark naked in front of his gathering family, all he cared about was that Madchen accepted him for what he was, a dragon who had found his mate.

"What do they do then?" "Dragonflies are voracious predators. As the nymphs…" He gestures at the emerging larvae.... "They will consume mosquito larvae and similar creatures. Even tadpoles and small fish. As adults, they will eat gnats, flies, mosquitoes, even butterflies and bees. Woe betide any small helpless creature that falls in their path." Jenny screws up her face. "I think I like being a person better."

She was hiding herself from the flying dragonfly which then perched on the edge of the table near Jai’s position. “Oh. This is a very big dragonfly. Is it a normal size, Tsubasa-san?” Jai asked as he observed Sakura, the raspberry colored dragonfly that’s almost as big as a two months old kitten.

Then only by flying could they get there immediately. Fewa warmed up by snaking over the Bright River palace. He also roared space. His voice echoed to the corners of the Bright River Kingdom. But now, everyone was staring at the dragon with great pride. They had learned that the dragon was part of their Kingdom. The people of Bright River were proud that they were now under the dragon’s protection. They felt calmer every time they saw a dragonfly over their Kingdom. Then Argo, in human form, and Queenie climbed onto Fewa’s back. Leya sat beautifully on Queenie’s shoulder. They all had the look of eyes filled with courage. Their zeal to defend the Bright River Kingdom was beyond doubt.

Their thinner body seemed like a black needle attached to a dancing prism shaped as a circle whereas their transparent symmetrical wings looked like the outer surface of the glass of a transparent window during rain due to the intricate distribution of black thinnest veins

Many would surrender. Kohl whipped his tail around and sent five boars into the approaching enemy. His father did the same, but more Tryn crashed over their fallen comrades. Their short, black leather wings unable to lift themselves more than a few feet from the ground. They were half the size of dragons and stood hunched over at about seven feet tall. Skin darker than the night and red glowing eyes as they scampered closer. “Go!” Kohl shouted. His father ignored him and threw another pig, then blasted the trees with his dragon fire to make them tumble and crush on top of several of the enemy.

Kaliyah, Rheagal, Brenna, and Kenna were quick to join the king downstairs to where the dragon was. It was the first time Kenna saw a dragon from up close, her fists clenched in anger.
