Her brows furrowed and she gasped slightly but remained unconscious. Down the hallway, a soft light began to glow, drawing her attention. Slowly, she mad her way towards it, fear strongly gripping her but curiosity pushing her forward. The light got brighter as she neared it and only when she had gotten close enough did she realize that what had been glowing was not just a light, but it was… a woman?

******* Luna I was in a dark space, I tried finding a way out of it but I kept tripping because of obstacles that I couldn’t see. This was what I endured for a very long time until light suddenly beamed into where I was standing and it seemed a woman was in front of the light.

The darkness was too vast, too overwhelming. It was like fighting the tide, like trying to hold back a storm with my bare hands. Just when I thought I would drown in it, a light flared in the distance, cutting through the shadows. It was faint, flickering like a dying ember, but it was there, a beacon in the dark. “Who… who’s there?” I called out, my voice trembling with fear and hope. The light grew brighter, pushing back the darkness, and a figure emerged from the shadows. It was a woman, tall and regal, her silver hair flowing around her like a halo.

But then came The Light. As clichéd as it seemed to Beatrice, she’d first encountered the entities she had come to refer to as ‘The Light’, at her darkest hour. The five orbs had come to her when she had been close to death, trapped inside a cave surging with seawater, deceived and desperate, almost giving up hope.

The young woman smiled and said, “As for the person you want to find, you will understand everything after entering.” Hearing her words, Xzavion, Stephen and the others became excited. They had deduced that the first person who entered the black light beam was James. Thus, without hesitation, they stepped on the black road. However, when Stephen was about to step on the black road, he was stopped by the young woman. Stephen was taken aback. “Is there anything you need?” “You have to come with me.” With a smile, the young woman said, “You have caught my attention.”

This could be the best day of my life. Until last night, I was a man bound in shadow. A man whose world had narrowed into blackness—thicker and heavier with every passing day. I had nearly surrendered to that darkness. I had resigned myself to it, accepted it like a life sentence. But somehow, light had returned. Maybe only a flicker. Maybe a sliver. But it was there. And it had reached me. I closed my eyes under the shower, and even in the darkness behind my lids, I could still see her—Rain, the woman who had made the darkness bearable, who had spoken light into my world long before I could physically see it.

The elderly caretaker's eyes rolled back, and she collapsed to the ground. Deep in the forest, Zack and Zoe followed the dancing lights that only they could see, laughing as they wove between trees, unaware they were being led farther and farther from safety. "Look at that one!" Zoe pointed at a particularly bright light hovering near a dense thicket. As they approached, the light vanished, and a woman stepped out from behind a tree. She was stunning, with flowing fine hair and eyes that shifted colors like an aurora. "Hello, little ones," she said, her voice melodic and soothing. "You've wandered very far from home."

I thought that maybe, just maybe, I could find a path through the darkness back to my mate and my daughter. With every step, I felt lighter. The pain vanished, replaced by a sense of happiness and freedom. I reached a meadow filled with magnificent flowers of impossible shades and intoxicating perfumes. Standing with her back to me was a woman in a robe of molten silver that flowed like weightless waterfalls. Her black, silky hair reached the floor.

Inside the bathroom drawer lay a package of sanitary pads that clearly didn’t belong to me. Outside the door, I heard Tamara’s voice on the phone. "Mr. Shepherd," she said sweetly, "I got my period at the hospital, but I can’t find the special brand for younger girls. There’s a pack left in your bathroom. Could you bring it to me?" Henry stepped into the bathroom, only to catch me pulling open the drawer. His gaze flickered with guilt before he quickly walked away.

Lyra’s POV It was as if the blood moon fractured and the earth cracked into two. A red light appeared so bright in front of my face that I didn’t even pay attention to the screams around me. A hand shot out from the bright red light, grabbing me by my chin. I tried to break loose, force myself away from this madness, but in the end, it was as if I was frozen in place. A woman cloaked in silver light stepped, or maybe she appeared from the red light. She was the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen.
