IF YOU LOVE ME, DIE FOR ME

IF YOU LOVE ME, DIE FOR ME

I had grieved that version and built a life alongside the grief and eventually carried it into a prison and out the other side. The new version, the one being opened formally this morning, was harder to sit with. A man who knew what was coming and chose to act anyway. A death that might not have been a death by natural causes at all, that might have been something deliberate, something arranged by people who are now cooperating with prosecutors and giving statements and trying to trade their way to reduced sentences using the details of what they did. I did not know yet which version was true. That was what inquiries were for.

Where the Dead go to Die

Where the Dead go to Die

However, as bizarre as that sight was, it was nothing compared to what lay in the snow next to them. At first Emily thought it was her husband, his skull cracked open in twilight once more. Only no. It couldn’t be. The Ministry no longer exterminated the infected in their homes, dragging them out into the streets and slaughtering them like dogs as they had her husband. In fact, Jordan was the last person to have his life prematurely ended that way in all fifty states. It was his death that led to the revolt, catching the entire country off guard. Emily had been proud of South Carolina then, despite their betrayal coming from those very streets—from people she had trusted no less. The zombie

Dying for Her Test, Reborn for Revenge

Dying for Her Test, Reborn for Revenge

"I'm sorry. I can't bear to see Elliot sad. Just consider it another thing I owe you." I lay trapped in that bed for several days. While my physical injuries slowly improved, my life was ticking away. Waiting around just to die filled me with absolute despair. Five days later, Elliot walked into my room alone. Seeing me pinned helplessly to the bed, he burst into a cruel laugh. "Dariel, since you're about to die anyway, I might as well tell you the truth. The person who needs the kidney is actually someone Eddie hit with his car. Quite a coincidence, isn't it? They just happen to be a perfect match for you."

Hope of the Dying World

Hope of the Dying World

“Dr. De Vega… he’s dead.” “What? Damn…” Timotheus massaged the bridge of his nose after hearing the bad news. “What? Something wrong?” Ferran looked at him then diverted his gaze on the road. “You will not believe who did it. Jul—Danryll!” Timotheus heard Zyrille’s voice from the other line. “We need to go. Something’s going on with the kids… What?” “Hey—hello? Danryll!” Timotheus looked at the screen of his phone and the call ended. “Dr. De Vega… he died. He was killed.”

Love Him, Die For Him

Love Him, Die For Him

"You jinx! Your ex is dead, and now you're seducing the man who saved your life? Weren't you so in love with the dead guy that you were willing to die with him? What are you still waiting for?" I frowned. Just because I had a tragic past, did it mean I wasn't worthy of love? Why did everyone seem determined to push me to the brink, as if my death was the only way to prove my loyalty? I typed back, deliberately enunciating each word in my mind, "I am just as human as you. I deserve to be loved just as much as you do. You are acting like a hysterical clown right now; maybe you should get your brain checked out."

The Art Of Dying

The Art Of Dying

"Every night." One by one, they all admitted it. The fear. The doubt. The terror of what was coming. And somehow, that made it better. Knowing I wasn't alone. "I need to tell you all something," I continued. "About my life. About why I died." I told them everything. About Sarah and the kids. About the drugs. About dying alone. I laid it all out, every shameful detail. When I finished, I expected judgment. Disgust. But instead, Bree spoke.

The Beloved Granny of the Death Game

The Beloved Granny of the Death Game

The icy wind howled straight inside, unbarred. A half-broken sign dangled at the entrance: [4101.] That should be the one! I lifted my foot and headed right for the busted door. The moment I got close, an icy chill seeped up from the ground, boring straight into my bones. I shivered all over. The live chat is on fire. [Holy crap! The old lady’s walking straight into 4101! That’s the frost wraith’s lair!] [She's done for! That frost wraith was killed and shoved in a morgue freezer, so now she loves freezing people into ice statues. That’s the nastiest death ever!]

Melissa
Wonderful book, great character dynamic and storyline! Every emotion was tapped into! Enjoyed the Jake POV chapters at the end. On a serious not, Emma’s deep seeded issue are more common than we realize, and the issues associated with were address in way that encouraged & informed the reader!🤩💕

Amazing book! It was long but well worth it. I even wish there was more. I loved the bonus chapters but would also love an epilogue. There was a lot of character growth and maturity for both ML and FL. Looking forward to reading the other books in the series. Would love to see Daniel spin off.

Would You Die For Me?

Would You Die For Me?

Japheth The moment Matteo pulled the trigger, my body went rigid and I thought that was my end. But surprisingly, there was no gunshot. Even as he pulled the trigger again and again, it just kept clicking. The gun was actually empty. “The fuck? Where are my bullets?” Matteo yelled as he moved away from me and only then did I let out a breath of relief. Fuck, I almost died. But who was to say he wouldn't try to kill me again once he found his bullets?

Fall in love inside a novel!

Fall in love inside a novel!

She raised her brows. “Seriously?” He narrowed his eyes at her. “Yes, seriously! Ah yous should check it out too, come I’ll read it out to you, it’s great!” She clapped her hands in excitement. “No thank you, you know I don’t read romance,” He shook his head. “But it’s a unique one,” She protested, “A popular mystery/thriller writer is thrown inside her own novel! How cool is that?” “Hmm?” he raised his brows. “Did it pick your interest?” She wiggled her brows. “Ah, the guy has the same name as you, by the way,” She added.
