Till the Flower Blooms

Till the Flower Blooms

Upon returning home, Cassiopeia’s first thought was to go to Anya’s room. The room was tidy and looked the way it did when she had left home that morning. However, she knew the sound of Anya’s joyous laughter would never echo against these walls again. She scanned every item in the room before finally settling her gaze on a toy placed at the head of the bed. It was her birthday gift for Anya. The doll came with a built-in recorder.

The Black Wolf

The Black Wolf

“This is a demon-detection candle. It flares blue in the presence of evil.” Then he motioned to the flower. “And this… this is a lunar blossom. Pure white. It withers when it senses a corrupted soul.” I eyed the items with suspicion. “Do you want me to pick one?” He shook his head. “No. They’re both equal in worth to the obsidian mirror. As you’ve already seen, the mirror reveals what a being is. These, however…” He glanced down at the items. “They only react to evil. To corruption. Which, as you know, demons tend to carry like perfume.”

PUZZLE OF MY HEART

PUZZLE OF MY HEART

Tears streaming down her face, she opened the French windows and stepped into the garden, which was bathed in the mauve shadows of twilight. Immediately, the scent from the hedge of China roses close to the house wafted in the warm breeze and, as she walked on in the violet dusk, pinks, sweet peas, and honeysuckle competed for her attention, their fragrance filling the air. A blackbird was singing its heart out somewhere close, the pure notes hanging on the breeze, and far below the house, Audrey could hear the whisper of the sea on the rocks below the cliff. “No way I would give up without a fight! This is my home! Will always be my home!”

If you have enjoyed an Emma Swan book you are sure to love this one too. If you haven't, this is a great place to start. It can easily be read & adored in a day lounging at the beach or home on a rainy or snowy day. You will enjoy watching love bloom between these 2 - one puzzle piece at a time ...

The Tale of A Villainess

The Tale of A Villainess

Henceforth, there are 10,000 possibilities, starting from 0000 to 9999. Let's think back to the clues in the cavern. I scribble suspicious objects I saw: two stone walls, eight arrow dispensers camouflaged on each side so sixteen in total, and four types of swords from the walls. Could the number of the objects mean something? I indulge in countless thoughts and write drafts of connections between the objects I saw to the pair of flowers inscribed atop the door. My frustration almost mounted to agony, as I cannot infer any relevant interrelationships. Flowers.. Sixteen dispensers..

Damn, I cried because of this book😢😭 But the ending......the author leaves us our own imagination about the ending. This is the best book I've read so far which made me cry and laugh. Nice scenes, nice characters, nice plot. Overall, it's an excellent story. Thank you so much, author😍😘💗💖

This was very well written. No unnecessary and prolonged details. I think my only wish would be an epilogue that contained some more details wrapping up a few things about what happens in the future. I loved this book. I really did.

Oops! Still Your Mate

Oops! Still Your Mate

Ivy grumbled. “I'm not playing around.” Tessa replied and trailed her fingers over the note. She felt a tiny prick in her fingertips but waved it off as nothing. Then she felt the urge to recite the spell and she did. Ivy snorted and tried finding another way but a creak stopped her. The roses were moving. “Wow, goddess!” Ivy exclaimed as she watched in pure disbelief. A dark light seeped from Tessa's fingers and was directed towards the roses as they moved aside, revealing a vault.

BLAIR

BLAIR

Matthew said to her. “You can’t always rely on others, especially when out on a quest. Solving puzzles is one of the best parts of adventuring anyway, you know?” “But Yuki-” “I’ve got it.” Rose suddenly said. “Huh?” Matthew gasped in surprise. “The clue is the shape itself. Here.” Rose walked up and did it. She drew the answer on the L and solved it. PSST! The box unlocked with a hiss and it slowly opened up. The top corners of the box twisted and popped out. Then the top half of the box then folded behind slowly.

BLOOD WAR

BLOOD WAR

Defeat. As if pieces of a puzzle were finally fitting together in the worst possible way. The black bell rang again. Twice. A crack suddenly appeared across its surface. Everyone stared. A second crack followed. Then a third. Elara's face became pale. "Impossible." The bell rang a third time. This time part of the black metal broke away. A fragment fell onto the floor. The moment it landed, a symbol hidden beneath the outer shell became visible. Rowan saw it first.

The Elven Princess

The Elven Princess

Having surrendered their own weapons at the entrance of the Palace to the Satyr, they had nothing but their hands to get rid of the firm ivy. Their hands were badly bruised, but it took surprisingly little time to remove the plants. Once clear, the marks on the giant stone tablet became abundantly clear. On the left, there was a circle carved with six holes. The stone beneath the tablet glowed blue, and when Aelanor pressed on it, a cabinet opened up. Six stone tablets were inside, bearing rough hand drawn marks: (A symbol of a bell) (A symbol of an apple) (A picture of a mountain)

Twin Blossoms in Darkness

Twin Blossoms in Darkness

The elder, heart aching, still had to ask, "Are you sure this will stop them from unleashing chaos?" "It's made from the World Tree. Their connection's cut, so they can't." That was the reply. The Demons' commander scoffed and said, "You're harsh with your own wives. Almost admirable, in a demonic way." "The Twin Blossoms of Ruin deserve nothing less," Rein said. Blood tears fell from my eyes; my every memory of Rein turned to dust and echoes. However, even with their research, those two harbored doubts. So, Rein leaned in close and whispered, "This is just to buy time. I swear I'll come to the Demon World to save you."

HOWLSTONE ACADEMY:300 DAYS WITH THE ALPHA-BETA TRIPLETS

HOWLSTONE ACADEMY:300 DAYS WITH THE ALPHA-BETA TRIPLETS

“I think I’m smart enough to do that.” When I said this, Chelsea chuckled. “She isn’t queen here, and I’ll kick you out for good if you don’t shut your mouth!” she roared at Chelsea. “Back to what we were saying. You’ll need to get a special frozen blue flower, which blooms at the end of the abandoned Labyrinth in school,” Rebby said, and I stared at her without a word. “The flower is a symbol of life for the frost pack, and the Labyrinth is there to confuse those who would want to take the entire thing for themselves, but I need you to pluck just one, and we are good. Is that something you can do?”
