Usagi Tsukino Sailor Moon Crystal Novels & Stories

I reasoned out, pretending to be worried while I was celebrating Inwardly. Attacking sooner means that we will not have to wait until the blood moon. The blood moon will have helped the crystals to absorb more powers from the moon. The crystals were gifts the moon Goddess gave to her people. Werewolves are descendants of the moon and rely on the moon to increase their powers. The crystals are also used to harness moon power which can be stored and used in battles. That's why they have always been kept safe. The Silver mist pack was known as the guardians of the crystals.

Zephyr said practically. "Start with the power that feels most natural to you and build from there." "The moonlight healing energy," I said without hesitation. "That's always felt the most... me." "Excellent choice," Morgana said, moving to the table and selecting one of the silver-white crystals. "This is a lunar focus stone. It should amplify your natural Lumina abilities while helping you maintain better control." She handed me the crystal, and the moment my fingers closed around it, I gasped. The cool, healing energy inside me surged forward, but instead of the chaotic overflow I'd been experiencing, it flowed smoothly through the crystal like water through a well-designed channel.

I moved toward it instinctively, drawn by its call to my blood. As I approached, the light grew, expanding from a distant pinpoint to a radiant sphere that pushed back the darkness. Within its silver glow, floating in midair, was a teardrop-shaped crystal about the size of my palm—the Lunar Tear. Its surface rippled like liquid mercury, though it maintained its solid form. Within its depths, I could see swirls of moonlight captured in crystal, moving in patterns that mirrored the phases of the moon. "Three tests completed," the voices of the stones announced, now harmonious rather than discordant. "Truth faced. Fear acknowledged. Courage demonstrated."

Ethan followed her gaze, and his breath caught in his throat. On the platform stood Clara, her back to them, her hands raised as if she were conducting some sort of ritual. Floating over her, suspended in mid-air, was an enormous crystal, beating with the same green energy that streamed through the dividers. The crystal's surface was smooth, but inside its profundity, Ethan could see twirling designs of light that appeared to move and alter with each of Clara's movements. “She’s trying to tap into it,” Selene said, her voice barely above a whisper. “Whatever that crystal is, it’s the source of all this power.”

His tiger eyes landed at me, looking at me for a second too long before he said, “My name is Azrael. I am the Alpha of the Moon Goddess White Moon’s warriors.”

Somewhere ahead, water murmured, echoing softly like a whisper guiding us forward. Corin’s pace quickened. “ We’re close.” Moments later, the trees parted — and I stopped dead. A clearing opened before us, bathed in a soft green glow. At its center rose a massive formation of crystal unlike anything I’d ever seen. It jutted from a mound of tangled roots, half-swallowed by vines that shimmered faintly in the dim light. The crystal itself was breathtaking — an ombré of shifting colors that seemed alive: soft pink melting into violet, blue fading into emerald green. The surface glimmered as though tiny stars were trapped inside it.

She summoned more packs swearing their loyalty to the Aletha wolf pack. “Get the prophet.” Clarissa ordered Adira who immediately did as she was told and went to get the prophet that had prophesied Valerie’s birth. “What is going on?” Clarissa asked the prophet who was already standing in front of her, in fear. The prophet laughed for a while before finally speaking. “Glory to the moon goddess.” He shouted. “The Prophecy is coming to pass.” He continued. “Rest assured Suprema, Valerie would be perfectly alright. She’s simply absorbing all of the powers meant for her....” The Prophet said.

Selene breathed. "Two billion, to be precise. All waiting for activation. And guess what the trigger is?" She smiled at me. "Moonsinger blood. Specifically, yours, since you're the only one left." "I won't—" "You won't have to. We've synthesized it from the samples we collected. Imperfect, but sufficient. In seventy-two hours, we begin worldwide activation. Gradual, controlled, but inevitable." "People will die. The transformation without stabilization—" "We estimate thirty percent casualties. Acceptable losses for species-wide evolution."

Susan instructed, her voice low but commanding. I nodded, though my arm was beginning to ache from the intensity of the energy coursing through me. I watched as Susan pulled out a small vial from her bag. It contained a thick, silvery liquid that shimmered under the moonlight. Without hesitation, Susan poured the potion over the moonstone, the liquid sliding across the surface of the crystal and pooling in the grooves etched into the altar.

On each pedestal sat a fragment of the Lunar Heart. The Oakhaven fragment was a brilliant, sapphire blue crystal that hummed with a sharp, energetic rhythm. The London fragment was a pale, translucent white that cast long, clean shadows across the stone. The Paris fragment was a solid block of deep, frozen silver ice that still carried the clean, quiet frequency Laila had forced into it at Saint-Michel. In the exact center of the triangle, suspended in mid-air by the convergence of the three frequencies, was a empty, hollow iron ring the socket for the True Moon.
