Vampire Diaries: The Awakening Summary นิยาย & เรื่องราว

Darius' POV Her breathing was steady against my chest, slow and unbroken. I hadn’t moved all night, terrified that if I loosened my grip, she would vanish, that this fragile peace would dissolve into the nightmare I’d been replaying since she swallowed that vial. She'd crept onto my body after ourr little adventure on the desk. I wouldn't say crept though, since I basically had her splayed on my body after we'd both caught our breaths. I had no idea how a simple bath had escalated to that point, and even as I had fucked her senseless, I wasn't sure I had enough of her.

It’s barely a whisper before I’m drowned out by sudden chaos behind him. “VAMPIRES!!” A yell across the forest behind us alerts Kaelin and me to the sudden influx from every direction. A spew of vampires colliding with wolves in the trees, ferals running free, and I turn as the heavy, underfoot vibration becomes a deafening stampede of footsteps. It’s like they have been waiting and poised. Inside, beside me, a sudden awakening erupts, and my stomach drops. I know they’re coming from inside as well as out.

"Today is a monumental day in our history. I am stepping down from my position, and I am officially passing the Alpha title to my son, Derek. Before I hand over the absolute power of this pack, Derek must complete the mating ceremony to find his destined Luna to rule by his side." The crowd cheered loudly, clapping their hands and stomping their feet in excitement. Stepping forward, Derek raised his hands to quiet the cheering pack members. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath through his nose, clearly searching the air to find the specific scent of his destined mate. Standing perfectly still near the back, arms crossed over my chest, I waited for the inevitable moment. Derek opened his

Alexis Wayne never imagined that saving a stranger’s life would change hers forever. She was only a struggling human doctor when she found Dyson Lecrae bleeding and barely alive. She saved him without knowing that he was an Alpha, one of the most powerful werewolves in the city, or that falling in love with him would put her life in danger. Their relationship was never supposed to happen. Humans and werewolves were not meant to mix, and when Alexis became pregnant with Dyson’s child, the werewolf world made their feelings very clear. Her baby was an abomination. Alexis was banished while carrying Dyson’s child, and before she could escape for good, assassins were sent after her.

An immense desire to suck on her finger to taste a small drop of the crimson liquid gnaws me. “Y-you are not a human, are you?” She says meekly. “What do you think?” I smirk, exposing my canine. This human stirs the side of me that I have buried years ago. “Y-you are a v-vampire!?” She gasps loudly, covering her mouth with her free hand. I smile smugly. “Yes!” “I was right!” She squeals. “I was right from the very first moment I saw you!” Ignoring her excitement, I bring her finger near my mouth and capture it with my lips, sucking on it gently.

The guards stood there, waiting for me to make a move to get back into the Pack so that they would carry out Alpha Ryder’s instruction. Knowing that there was nothing else left for me there, I turned and started to walk towards the South. I didn’t know where I was going, all I knew was that I was walking towards a place. It was getting late already and I hadn't headed anywhere good. Tired, and nauseous, I slumped against the back of a tree. I was so thirsty and hungry. Normally, I’d go a whole day without food but right now, I felt as if I had been starving for a week. Was that how it was when werewolves got pregnant?

he whispered, leaning down and capturing my lips with his. I froze under him as his lips pressed to mine. But...while part of me was terrified of the man before me, another part seemed drawn to him. Just like I was to Greyson and Jaxon. A mixture of hot and cold swept over me as a dawning realization hit me: This vampire was also my mate. What was happening? Only a few days ago and I'd never even had a boyfriend! Now I had three mates? This was all too much.

He truly intended to kill her, and when she fell off the cliff, she assumed she was going to die, but something happened to her. She was bitten by something while in those deep waters, and by the time she came to be, she had already transformed into a blood sucking vampire. Her first kill was a deer she came across; she remembered draining the poor creature dry, but it didn't feel like enough. For a few days, she experimented extensively and discovered that she could no longer eat any human food, that there was no longer any sunlight, and that the city was so dangerous that she had to flee. She didn't have any identification on her, so she couldn't use normal modes of transportation.

Maybe I had judged him harshly. Prince Dante continued. “When we reached our teenage years, and were mature enough to understand the gravity of situations, Ambrose revealed to my brothers and I that he was a vampire and not just any vampire, a Pureblood. He also told us that there was a war that was being waged by the humans against the vampires. The vampire takeover didn’t just happen on a whim, Kira. It didn’t happen because we felt like it. It happened because we needed to survive.”

SARAH'S POV I sat there in the cold dark alley for quite a while and not even a rat passed by, I was starting to get scared when I heard faint laughter, more like a chuckle from afar. The sound became louder and clearer. It was no longer just the sound of laughter, I could now hear footsteps approaching. The closer they came the clearer their voices, they sound like nice people, I should probably ask them for help. What will I say though, I can't possibly tell them that I'm a vampire princess who came here through a porthole and woke up, then blacked out, then woke up again in a place where I was stabbed with needles and driven away by the smell of blood and somehow ended up here with no one
