I stand at a distance and watch as Alpha Kai’s Lycan, Loki, converses with Fenriz’s Baron. Loki is huge, his size clearly double that of Baron and as broadly built as Kai himself; his claws are the size of a grown man’s index finger, while his teeth look like they could bite an arm clean off. They’ve been talking for over forty minutes, but I sense no bloodlust from either of them; no, all I can sense is a brotherly love.

“Here’s the thing. I’m not just a Vessel. I’m the prophesized Vessel. I didn’t know who I was prophesized to fight until Imeela was brought into the Goddess Hecate’s consciousness.” Loki had about two feet on her, but that did not deter her. His hand brushed hers, lightning jumping from his skin to hers, dancing for a second before settling down. They were truly one now. Loki padded up in his dark wolf form, shifting seamlessly, dropping into a crouch below Ravens balcony. He looked up and greeted them. “Alpha. Beta,” he greeted Ragnar with a half-grin, earning a raised brow from Ragnar. “Beta?” Ragnar echoed. Loki shrugged, amusement in his sharp eyes. “That’s what they’re calling you. Alpha Consort or Beta Storm. Take your pick.” Ragnar shot a glance at Raven, who smirked, the flicker of a smile easing the constant tension in her chest.

He huffs, displeased with both of us, and he responds, “She needs to stay.” “You don’t know what she needs.” Kodi argues. He growls, “I’m the only one that knows about the past. Why can’t you put some trust in me, Kodi?” “Because I don’t know what you know, Loki! And to be honest, you’re unstable. I can’t risk mine and my human’s life over something that we know nothing about.” I swear I hear Loki whimper from Kodi’s response. She huffs, “Enough of this, Loki. We need to get ready. Give control back to your human.”

Then Loki walked outside and went to the comfort room, looked at herself in the mirror where she wasn’t satisfied had a short purpled hair, and wore black varsity jacket. Then Loki ended up retouched her face with her make-up kit to looked refresh and looked good on front of Jen. Loki went back to Karate studio again while wore a light makeup and flower scent of cologne. As she went back to the studio, she breathe heavily and slide the door. "The result of the exam, Jen and Alice are passed" Loki looked at both of them shaking their hands in gratitude.

I snarled, fur bristling, legs wide and low in defense. “Don’t,” I said coldly. “Take one more step, and I swear I’ll rip your head off.” I knew he could hear me. Vampires were known for that. Loki laughed — not loudly, but soft and amused, like we were children playing a game. “Oh, Alpha King,” he purred, “you should know better than to make promises you can’t keep.”

She turned on him. "Heyli, I know you're in there," Loki said. "I want you to listen to me. I trust that you can control that beast and I want you to do it." Whack! This sent Loki flying past trees till he hit his back on a rock. There was a team camping them and before he shut his eyes, he saw the color. Gray. "You all, run!"

I muttered with my eyes fixed on his chest. "I lied Dakota, everything about me is a lie...even my past," he lowered his voice and I could hear him take a deep breath. "You see Dakota I was part of an underground organisation called Nine I was brought up there and I thought I was abandoned there by my parents all these while but it was not true. I was snatched away from my parents and turned into a murderous monster."

Loki's P.O.V. The skyline of Chicago loomed in the distance, its jagged edges punctuated by the faint glow of the setting sun. Loki sat in the back seat of his sleek black car, gazing out at the city with a mix of disdain and anticipation. Chicago was a place of power plays, betrayals, and whispered schemes a playground for someone like him.
