The Victim

The Victim

"Who is she?" "That is none of your business," he glares before smiling once again. "I've got something for you and also, something to show you." I don't say anything and just stare at him. His silver orbs were no longer looking the same. They had a different intention, a different aura, they didn't have the Alex that I thought I knew. He brings out an orange flower and then shoves it in my hair. "So gorgeous," I shiver when his skin makes contact with mine. "Look at this, look what they did to me," he raises the newspaper to me. Who even reads- anyways- it reads, ALEXANDER McCANN; WANTED FOR MURDER.

A Slave to the Kings

A Slave to the Kings

Victor fiddled with his tablet, and I saw him open an online book app and sit down next to Ayla. "In this app, you can find various books, with a wide variety of themes..." Victor began to show the covers and also the genres that exist. "From fantasy to biographies." Then he stopped at the simpler books. "Let's start with some of the simpler ones." He opened a book that was certainly a children's book and handed the tablet to Ayla, explaining how to turn the pages. The woman took the tablet and started reading. It's hard to see that she's taking a long time to read the first page, her eyes moving several times over the same lines, she's struggling to understand what's written.

The Billionaire Who Ruined My Wedding

The Billionaire Who Ruined My Wedding

Read it twice. Then three times. A knock came at the door. She quickly closed the file. “Who is it?” “Me.” Victor. His voice low. Careful. As if one wrong word could destroy what remained. Ariana did not answer immediately. Then— “Come in.” Victor entered slowly. He had changed his shirt. But fresh blood still marked his wrist. His eyes found the file immediately. Then found her face. And he understood— She had seen more. For a moment neither spoke.

Viktor: A Bratva Wolves Novella

Viktor: A Bratva Wolves Novella

“Look at me.” He steeples his hands together in front of his mouth and Kai sighs. “Viktor, I understand the gravity of what you’re saying, but rest assured I do not love you any less nor do I think of you as any less of a man than me or Kon,” he says, placing a hand on young Viktor’s shoulder. “You’re still my little brother, no matter what your preference might be.” Young Viktor’s bottom lip trembles and he blinks his tears away. “Do you…do you really mean that, Kai?”

I love the names, they're just like here in Hungary, Viktor with a 'K' and not with 'C'. And those unique names like Konstantin, Kai, Dimitri, Nikolai are all represent Russian culture. I know I will cry more when it is over but Viktor will be the one whom I will always be sad to lose. :(

I absolutely adored this book! I love Viktor and just want to give him the biggest hug! This entire story was everything it needed to be but completely surprising at the same time. Though if you are someone who has had to deal with grief of a partner this can be triggering. So authentically written.

Going Rogue

Going Rogue

Victor was the one who divulged my reputation to Atticus, although it seemed like an honest mistake at the time. When I don’t say anything, Victor moves in closer pressing his chest flush against my back as his hands slide down towards my hips. “Your mate was an idiot for rejecting you.” My body goes rigid at the mention of Atticus, but Victor immediately begins kissing my neck and my jaw as his hands tighten their grip on my hips, pulling me impossibly closer to him.

This was actually a really good book. Glad I gave it a try. She really was trying to help in her own way but some people are just so selfish. I hate that she had to go through all of that but I’m glad she got a happy ending.

Good story, different from many other stories and there was some surprises... Really a tragic story even if it ended well in the end. I did skip easy over some parts to get faster through the story, but the plot was interesting.

A Knight for Victory

A Knight for Victory

Arthur asked, leaning closer as he tried to peer at the page that she had opened. "I'm going to bid on Mr. September." Victory gave out a low appreciative whistle, wagging her eyebrows as she pointed at a photo of a hunky looking man, clad only in a pair of jeans that hung low on his waist, revealing hard abs and sculpted muscle. "I wouldn't mind him cooking for me." Victory continued, licking her lips lecherously as a mischievous smile appeared on her face. She read aloud what the winning bidder would be entitled to.

Great book and storyline. Written well would have given it five stars but there was no ending. It appears as if the author wants to add a sequel but this is a poor way of doing it and I will not be looking at more from this author. Such a shame because the writing is done well.

Hi everyone! This is my first book with GoodNovel and I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it. I’m almost half way through with writing the book as I don’t intend to write a long-winded novel. Let me know what you think of the book. Happy reading! xx F. A. R.

Alpha Victor

Alpha Victor

With every swallow, my throat ached for the cool sensation of water to slick down the column. His eyes traveled to the glass of water beside me and back. A silent command to drink. I obeyed, propping myself up and fluffing my pillows. The wet reprieve of the water against my dry throat felt like the next best thing since shoe laces. Water may not have been my favorite drink of choice—pumpkin spice ice-coffees won that—but one only realized their gratitude for the existence of water when they needed it most. Placing the glass back, I finally took in Victor. He was dressed in a black button-down and black dress slacks. His hair was slicked back in a top knot. His beard was trimmed and framed h

This book series is just so wonderful and finally we have Victor's book. I have always been a huge fan of his. He's very in touch with his animalistic side but is also emotionally mature and very much thinks of others above himself. He's had a hard life and I can't wait for his happy ever after!
Caribbean Princess
The storyline thus far have been outstanding, except for the fact that this book is INCOMPLETE with no UPDATE in sight. This author even had the time to advertised another UPCOMING series which has 2 COMPLETED books but the LAST and most needed damned book of this series isn't done, the nerve.

I Would Kill for you, Baby

I Would Kill for you, Baby

She writes something, and a second later, my phone vibrates in my pocket. Discreetly, I pick it up. Zarah: Are you an idiot? He doesn’t want to discuss your future here at the restaurant! Victor is going to bend you over his desk and fuck you! I almost choke as I read her message, and then I look back at Victor, who is calmly eating his food. When he catches me looking, his lips curve up by the corners, and a shiver runs down my spine. I like the sound of being bent over his desk very much.

Unholy Alliance: True love and Sacrifice

Unholy Alliance: True love and Sacrifice

Eja asked, Victor stared at him for a while then he relaxed into the chair “You give yourself too much credit… and you underestimate me” Victor said, Eja smiled then pulled out a stick of cigarette, puts it on his lips then lights it with a lighter “You know my rules Eja” Victor said, Eja looked at him with a frown and confused face “What rules?” Eja asked, Victor smiled then leaned forward to the table “Let me remind you, even though I know you know” “I don’t know” Eja said then drew smoke from his cigarette then blew it into the air

The Alpha’s Dirty Little Secret

The Alpha’s Dirty Little Secret

Victor roared, lunging for the tactical rack hidden behind the bookshelf. He didn't have claws. He didn't have the shift. He grabbed a silver-edged gladius and a modified pulse rifle, his human knuckles turning white as he checked the magazine. The estate groaned. Not the sound of wind or settling stone, but the shriek of structural steel being twisted by an invisible hand. "Victor! The nursery! Ahh!" Elodie’s voice tore through the hallway. Victor didn't wait. He vaulted over a fallen chair, his boots skidding on the marble. He rounded the corner to the nursery wing and stopped.
