~~~ ~Callum's POV~ I lay in my bed, and heavy pants fell from my lips. The work of training the warriors for battle has made me an exhausted man. The warriors we had available were trained harder than every other warrior we've had in the history of the Moon Crescent pack. —there, we have to pay for losing good men in battle. I continued laying on the bed, about to drift off into a beautiful sleep w, when the door to my bedroom cracked open, and the woman who had made herself known to me, and a sigh left my lips.

LAUREN'S P0V After the war had ended, the pack Beta, Hunter, took it upon himself to ensure that the aftermath of the war didn't leave a lasting impact on the pack. He ordered all the warriors to come together and clean up, making sure to get rid of everything that reminded them of the traumatic experiences they had just gone through. Blood stains were cleaned, weapons were put away, and the camp was made to look as normal as possible.

"What do you expect? I'm betrothed to the hottest guy in all of Northern Bloodlands!" Cairh was literally every girl's dream. His body was carved and chiseled from spending hours gyming and training and he had that boyish celebrity looks that made females swoon. Recognizing Keagan's eagerness, the shopkeeper accessed a dashboard, swiftly inputting a series of squiggles that materialized into a holographic display. A vibrant array of suits and weapons materialized before them, each item meticulously crafted to cater to the needs of burgeoning heroes.

The memories of that day, the last moment of happiness I had felt as my brother had given me a hug and taken the stage, his handsome face glowing with happiness. “MysticWarriors, my pack, was a very small one and ancient,” I answered. “We didn’t believe in fighting for power, we believed in peace and kept to ourselves. It has been like that for years. We were all powerful warriors by blood but having power and strength doesn’t mean needing to exercise it. That day we were taken by surprise and were heavily outnumbered. But we fought, to the end, till each one of us fell apart but…” “But…”

It was going to be a long year once the trials started. The shift changed, and so the Warriors heading home walked back with me. It was peaceful, but I would never let anyone know that. There was no time for peace, not while there were wars raging and a vile Vampire to hunt down. There was no room for weaknesses in my Warriors. I knew they had them, but they did not let them show; Made them strong.
