"I'll not let you do this to us. I don't want her to go to jail because of some bastard like you." "If she doesn't kill Cole, you'll either have to kill her or I kill you. Someone has to die." "What sort of stupid game is this?" "I don't know," he said, tying her up. "I'll tell one thing, though. I'm merely a player in this game. One day you'll know who the psycho behind this game is. Trust me, you won't believe it." Who could that be? Who would want them to suffer? They didn't have major enemies. Except for the key stealing, they lived fairly normal and boring lives. The two girls had never got in trouble with anyone in town.

He was the second in command after Mark. "I am the leader of the strongest pack in werewolf city," Mark continued. "As far as I can remember, our ancestors made an agreement with the ancestors of humans. They made an agreement never to intermarry. Tonight, I stand in front of men who have insulted me in public by refusing to let me know about the atrocity that was committed in public today." "I truly apologize for every member gathered here for your sake—" Lucio began. "I don't need your fucking apologies at this point. You will have to do better than that," Mark interrupted, glaring at the oldest member of the pack, who looked strangely small to him now.

He is determined to hunt them down and kill them. Jason finds himself in the darkness of the forest, he can't see two steps in front of him. He nervously takes each step forward, feeling his way through the pitch-black. The silence in the forest becomes deafening as he listens for sudden movements. He keeps his crossbow raised and tries to keep the sound of his breathing low. The cross around his neck starts to glow again, signaling a werewolf is close by. Jason hears the rustling of leaves in the trees behind him, the sweat beads are forming on his forehead. The rustling gets louder and he hears the growl of a beast behind him, Jason turns around to aim his crossbow at the beast that is run

“But please keep one thing in mind. The creature that killed Sharon might have started off as a werewolf but isn’t one of us anymore. It’s something else now. Regular werewolves don’t just go around doing that to people.” Daykan said firmly. “So please don’t hate us.” “Us? Oh yeah, there’s more of you.” Naomi sounded like she was in a daze. “Wait, Zekell is your cousin. So is he…?” “Yes, he’s a werewolf too.” Naomi gasped in shock. “And Senina?” “Yes, she is.” “Oh my God,” Naomi swayed and nearly fell.

“We’re not just tracking shadows; we’re following the trail of those who mean us harm.” After hours of cautious progress, the team reached the outskirts of the enemy encampment. Concealed behind a copse of gnarled trees, they observed a scene that confirmed their worst suspicions. In a clearing illuminated only by the ghostly light of the moon, a contingent of exiled werewolves had gathered. Their postures were militaristic, their movements precise and rehearsed. At the center, the scarred leader stood elevated on a fallen stone slab, addressing his followers with fervor.

The room quiets down instantly. “Thank you all for coming on such short notice,” I begin, my voice firm and projected so even the video call attendees can hear. “I know many of you have traveled far to be here, and others have made time despite the short notice to join us remotely. Your presence means more than I can say, because what I’m about to share affects us all.” I pause for a breath and look over the room. Every gaze is fixed on me, some curious, some concerned. “There have been coordinated attacks on werewolf packs,” I continue. “Three that we’ve confirmed so far. The attackers are Lycan rogues with no pack scent, no allegiances, and no trails to follow. They appear, strike hard, an

“If you look closer, this set of canines is stiffer and bigger compared to the other two. When werewolves are partly shifted, there’s no difference in the teeth count compared to humans. This must be a tactic this wolf used to hide his identity.” My observation had finally gathered their attention. “So we are looking for two humans and a werewolf,” Jared noted. “Yes. But not just any wolf. We are looking for a rogue,” I added. “A rogue?” Declan voiced out. ‘Heart, they don’t need to know everything.’ Spade’s gaze on me sharpened, warning me I am giving these men too much information. ‘You wanted a show. I am giving you one,’ I replied through the mind link. Spade smirked.

“What is the latest development?” A man's voice came through from the other end, eager and excited. “Sir, we had a confirmed sighting. One of our scouting teams spotted a female werewolf in the woods near the small town we've been watching.” Elias’s grip on the receiver tightened slightly, though his tone remained even. “Repeat that.” “A female werewolf, sir. A young one at that. Our men tried to capture her, but… she wasn’t alone.” “What do you mean?” Elias asked in anger.

“He did steal her, you gave her up for that beach- Freida.” “I still wonder what made you do that.” Ryan chipped in. “You still asking?” Cain scoffed. “Brandon makes the worst decision in our absence, but we are here for you pal..” he paused, turning to me with a now serious expression. “What do you want us to do? I just confirmed a werewolf pack, I'm sure they'll come in handy if you want to attack Nikolai.” “Same for me. Elite assassins are ready.”
