He shrugged his small shoulders. "You are an adult." That was even funnier. If only every adult had the answer to every question, there would be a lesser number of fucked up adults out there. "No, Aiden," I said softly. "Nobody knows all the answers."

' I turn to face her. "Do you have something to say?" She nods. "Yes." "By all means." I tell her. "You can't just come here and throw embarrassing questions at us like we're children and we don't know what we're doing." I tilt my head to the side. Does she hear herself at all?
