Marked by a Lycan

With a final defiant flourish, the pages slipped free, descending towards the ground like confetti at a forgotten celebration. Heart pounding, I bent down to retrieve the fallen book, my mind still reeling from the profound revelations I had just absorbed. Yet, as I reached out, ready to reclaim the weighty tome, my eyes widened in astonishment. Standing before me was a figure, a silhouette cast in the flickering shadows of the library's dimly lit corners.

Light & Darkness: Book 4

Light & Darkness: Book 4

And this is how the last story about Light and Darkness that I wanted to present to you ends. It was certainly an extraordinary journey, showing different stories, but at the same time touching the same topic - can two such opposing poles as Light and Darkness connect at some point? I'll leave it to your own choice, but one thing is for sure - as Miyuki said in Book 4, wanting to stop the battle between vampires and wizards - Light and Darkness certainly couldn't exist without each other. If there was only Light but no Darkness, what would be its meaning? Likewise, if there was only Darkness in the world, wouldn't its existence be pointless without trying to "devour" the Light?

THE TYRANT'S BABY

THE TYRANT'S BABY

What was happening? Before she could react, a brilliant, golden light erupted from the book's spine, flooding the room with warmth and brightness. The air around her shimmered, filled with soft, glowing particles that floated like stars in the night. Selene gasped, her breath catching as the light intensified. Its glow was so powerful that it forced her to squint.

THE VILLAINESS REMEMBERED ME:In Every Timeline, She Chose De

THE VILLAINESS REMEMBERED ME:In Every Timeline, She Chose De

Week four introduced light. Not light as metaphor — actual light, the specific quality of it in the east courtyard at the fifth hour of a clear autumn morning, the way it fell across the old stone at a particular angle and produced a colour that would not exist again at any other time of day or season. "Hold that," Morwen said.

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

The Billionaire’s Regret Clause; One Year Together. One Love

He thought it was the most accurate description of the seventh year that was available. Don came into the study—the open-door study, the late afternoon light of the December study, which was the short light of the solstice weeks, coming in at a low angle that turned the room amber in the late afternoon. The light hit the bookshelves, the desk, the back of Ernest's chair. It was the kind of light that made the study look like a painting, like something that had been arranged for the purpose of being seen. "What are you writing," he said.

THE ART OF FALLING

THE ART OF FALLING

Chapter 53: Stepping Back Into the Light The first place Nora went after weeks of hiding was the corner café two streets away from Trisha’s apartment. It wasn’t special. Just a quiet spot with scratched wooden tables, warm lighting, and the smell of coffee that lingered in the air like a promise. But to Nora, it felt monumental. Every step toward the door felt like an act of courage, like a tiny rebellion against the fear that had defined her life for so long.

Sold to Alpha Brothers

Sold to Alpha Brothers

David I was hurtling through the darkness. The sensation of falling was so real that it clenched my stomach. But where was I falling to? Was there anything beneath me to catch me? Had I been falling before? No. I didn't think so. I couldn't remember exactly what I had been doing... Then, I saw something. It was a glimmer of light in the darkness. I could see fairy lights reflecting on the glass. I saw Lucy's bright eyes looking up at me with so much emotion that my heart hurt.

Inverted light

Inverted light

Ernesta asked confusedly. Manager and Arian were as surprised as Ernesta, and they did not understand why Liam gave. Maybe because Ernesta Noah's eyes were ugly, he didn't like it. "Disadvantage, with the too strong light environment will reduce vision somewhat." Liam looked directly at Ernesta, reading out the information on her resume. “Did I read it right?” Liam asked coldly. "You read it right." Ernesta also did not want to waive. “So what? What do you mean?"

Well worth the wait! Your 55 chapters are more like 250 chapters of other authors. Your chapters are long, detailed and fully packed with more intrigue. The guard? I’m team Kayos, but it’s so beautiful how tender the guard was with her to let her know he will honor her…but I think there’s more.

This book is so good. I love the writing, the characters, the story and the execution. Perfection at its core but I have a problem, please could you release a chapter at least once a week. It’s not fair because I’m basically hooked on this book and I don’t get regular updates.

Falling for Darkness

Falling for Darkness

’’, I mumbled to myself. Finally finding the perfect book, it is an age-gap mafia and enemies to lovers romance book. There was a couch in the library, I made my way to it and started reading. I lost count of the time. Reaching my room with the book in my hand, I see Rowan standing in front of my room. I braced myself to face him. ‘’Where were you?’’, he spewed the bitter words in my face. He was fuming, for what reason?Did he look for me?
