I looked to see them walking into Silver Crest Territory. "They are going into Silver Crest Territory right now," I said. I looked around for the witch but didn't see her. "The witch that was with them is gone now," I linked. "Claire, stay where you are. We are on our way," Stephen said "Hello, Little Red Wolf," I heard someone say from behind me. I turned around to see the witch standing there, smiling at me. "Claire, did you hear me? I want you to stay where you are," Stephen said.

I opened the door to my office and made my way to the desk and sat down in my chair. The atmosphere turned gloom and dense. And then, the blood slowly started to move, thereby dissolving the five pointed star and forming into a straight line.

I do not talk about that with anyone. The air starts to buzz. “Duck!” I yell. Arrows start flying through the air. I stop all of them as I run forward. “Stop!” I yell at the witches running from me. They do what they are told. The rest of the wolves catch up to me along with Joe, which is what, I call him now. They take the four witches to their version of a compound for questioning.

Sam inquired, sounding just as annoyed as he was with the idea from the very beginning. "He will return," a witch responded. "He always will until he gets what he wants." Another witch added. "Alright, let's hit it up, shall we?" Kaiden seemed eager to get to the forefront, and honestly, so do I. I am too overwhelmed by emotions to care about any other thing. The witches moved around the balcony in sync, forming a circle away from the table and ushering me forward with their heads. I didn't hesitate to step into the circle, but just as they were about to start, the front door was opened, interrupting us all.

Until I was able to move again , when I sat up Dee stood up. "Whatever that idiot did that was just used the generic spell , easily fixed " she smiled. " The others are here , the dead witches didn't listen. Be careful ", Dee warned. Before she turned and climbed up onto the big dragon's wing and scurried up his back to near his head and held onto the ridges on the big beast's neck. I shifted back to my wolf and waited for the beast to move its wing , then I bolted out. Beyond the barrier of the dragon's wing was chaos. Wolves flew about everywhere and witches were fighting and casting spells wherever I looked.

They hadn’t been able to get close, but they could feel the magic in the air, so they knew it was the right place. On the night of our attack, we take three vans to a location outside the city and then the wolves shift. Xander carries me, Lorenzo, Avery’s mate, carries her, and the other witches are paired off with wolves. We race to the castle that is even more creepy in real life than it was in the image of my locator spell. When we get there, we all get off the wolves and they shift, getting dressed while the witches, as one, step up to the magical barrier surrounding the place. I splash colored light on it, as if I had splashed paint on it so the wolves could see the actual barrier.
