She growls at me as she takes several steps towards me and I react as quickly as I can. Conjuring the wind, I make the snow swirl in a vortex around her. Her wolf becomes confused and whines loudly. Taking a step through the wind, I can see her wolf looking every direction trying to find a way out of the spinning vortex. Minutes later, Wendy walked in, followed by four elderly women. Stella introduced them to me. “Paige. These are Eleanore, Evangeline, Elphaba, and Everly.
