Writing A Novel Outline 소설 & 이야기

I loved literature, especially the part dealing with fiction writing. He made a grunting sound, "I think my head is hot right now." "Seriously? This isn't even maths!" I teased. "Yea I know. It's just confusing, that's all." "I have some books with me. I can lend it to you so you can read some of how these elements are similar. You don't have to read what's inside of the book actually. Then, you and I will write a novel! But just an outline, not really the novel exactly."

Allen attempted to snatch the notebook from me, but I slapped his hand before he could even reach my desk. “Don’t make me repeat it again, Allen. I am writing a novel, not a drawing. And if I am to draw someone, it must be another person, not Christoph.” Speaking of which, something came up in my mind. A brilliant one. Instead of drawing an image of him, which was pretty obvious, why not make a novel instead? A story of us. He and I against the world. All I have to do is change our names to make it more obscure.

She didn't say anything, and I didn't give away the young girl who was probably with her boyfriend. I smiled because I had never put it together that I would act as some sort of matchmaker. I laughed at myself and began to think of a plot with the young girl and the young wolf as the main characters. By the time it got dark, I asked Loreta for a pen and paper; she held it out to me, and I wrote the outline of a very sweet young adult novel about a young girl who could only see the love of her life on the sly. I was so intent on writing that I didn't notice that Loreta had approached me again.

"I'm sorry, okay? I was just imagining a plot from a feel-good story. If you don't like it, I won't do it again." We went to a different restaurant, and after lunch, we each headed home. As soon as I got back, I opened my laptop to update my novel. Mary had suggested splitting it into two parts—the production team planned to film the first part first, and if it performed well, they would then move on to the second. The first part had to be finished by the end of the year, or filming would be delayed. My schedule was tight. To keep up, I stayed at my computer late into the night and managed to write 20 thousand words in a single day.

Dawn was seated by the window with Tara beside her and Oscar beside his wife, near the aisle. As soon as the bus drove away, Dawn drifted to sleep for the whole ride. She had stayed up late to write part three of the sequel. Since part two would be published in December, she decided to make the last part of the trilogy so she could start with another. She didn’t find world-building difficult anymore since she had already learned from her past life the things that would work on her. She had notebooks where she would write the profile and background of each character. She would then list the events according to how she would like to have the story flow. It was the intern’s job after all. With that in mind, he checked his schedule and was pleased to see that he had a two hour gap before his next meeting. He would speed read the reports he needed to read before the meeting and use the remaining time to get to work on his personal writing project. Darien started writing a messy plot outline. He was unsure on where the story should start. He didn’t want to reveal the masked ball part on the first page. Zach might see that, realise the truth and throw it back at him.

Many times. The outline I started with isn't the story you just finished reading. Characters changed. Plot twists appeared out of nowhere. Some scenes refused to cooperate. Others surprised me so much that I had to throw away my original plans. There were days I stared at a blank page wondering if I had made a terrible mistake by trying to write my own book. But somehow... Here we are. The End. Is this a perfect novel? No. Not even close.
