Rebecca beamed. Zelda's smile widened. It reached her eyes as she shook her head helplessly. She was no longer trapped in her own mind.

Zelda smiled—a slow, dangerous smile. "Still think I used my body to rise to power, Curt?" she asked. The soldier's face turned red with anger and humiliation. He roared and lunged at her with all his strength. Big mistake. Zelda didn't dodge this time. She met him head-on, twisting at the last moment to grip his arm and use his own strength against him. In one swift move, she flipped him over her shoulder. He landed on his back with a loud, painful crack. "Aah!"

This place was like a taste of happiness. We heard laughter again and continued following it. “Zelda?” I called. “Zelda where are you?” “I’m at the pond!” Zelda called back. We hurried to the pond. There she was, in a new outfit. She had on a shirt that showed off her stomach and a very short skirt. Not much was being left up to the imagination! She was splashing and playing in the water with an older woman with dark hair. She was having the time of her life!

Zelda was trying to distract me by lowering my barriers so that she could escape. But just as I was about to dwell in my own foolishness, I feel a warm breeze against my ear. "Follow me." Zelda’s voice calls to me like the Piped Piper and almost instantly my body moves to obey her, but I quickly stop myself, peering over my shoulder when I feel the lack of her presence. I just about managed to catch a glance of her white gown as she disappears out of the cave.

Zelda the witch looked me up and down with deep, hollow eyes. "Interesting." She reached out a bony finger and tapped my forehead. She pulled out a squirming stream of black smoke. I stared at the evil mist in shock. "Your wolf's essence is nearly drained," Zelda frowned. "In a month, you'll wither and die." "What?" I gasped. Zelda let the snake on her cane bite my hand, sucking away the leftover black smoke. After a sharp pain, my head felt clearer than it had in months.

Zelda’s POV "Carter, please! Don't do this! Remember, Apollo was like a friend to you," I begged desperately, the pain in my chest growing stronger. Dizziness clouded my senses, but I pushed through it and stood up from the sand, gripping onto Carter's shovel. The casket was being lowered into the pit by the other warriors. "Let’s go, Zelda. You know you can't change this situation," Carter's voice broke through the tension as he forcefully took the shovel from my hand.

“Sketch, you can do it, what’s that muscles for! Come on!” “I can’t!” he said. “Doodle, can you climb up to Sketch?” "What?!" Sketch suddenly asked. “What do you want, Doodle will climb up or you’ll pull him up?” I tried his best to pull Doodle while I kept on stretch my arm to reach Doodle’s hand. “Sketch, a little more and I’ll be able to reach him.” Doodle, come on reach my hand.” The moment I’m able to hold Doodle’s hand, Sketch accidentally let go.” Doodle, hold tight! I’ll pull you up!”

Zaikai Zelda nodded her head a small frown formed as she looked over at Zayden and Laelia, Zayden had his normal bored expression on his face not showing any interest quietly confident that the trial was a bust. Laelia on the other hand had an evil smirk appear, intimidating Zelda as much as possible from where she stood bound in her chains. Zelda finally looked my way her broken expression crushing my heart, she thinks I put her through this for nothing, for only more danger to come to her.

I order and watch the boys run back towards the building as fast as they can. I watch with concern as the young boy they were picking on sniffs and works to pick up pieces of his sketchbook. I bend down and help him pick up the remaining pieces before they’re carried off by the wind. I look at one of the pieces of paper and can’t contain the awe on my face as I take in the amazing sketch before me. It’s this incredible real-life style drawing of a sirna with a vibrant red tail surrounded by all the elements. It takes me a second to recognise the likeness, but this is a sketch of the God Ezillus as a sirna! This might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. “You drew this?” I ask in astonishment

I never once thought he knew. He then smiled, and it was a hundred times brighter than the moonlight. Finally, he turned his head to me, and I became lost in his glowing yellow eyes. I thought it was a dream, but when I woke up, I found myself cuddling his furry and gigantic beast in a cave. ****** It was time for me to go home after spending the night with him. I watched as he shifted into his second striking form. It was so fast that my normal sight was unable to catch up with it. I turned my back as he was naked.
