In the past, Zane had been blind—she had memorized his features but never experienced him seeing her. Today, their eyes had met. But she reminded herself—it had been nothing. Just a cold, blank stare for a stranger. Because in reality, he couldn’t have recognized her. Zane didn’t know what Jay looked like. — “I want the information on that mother and child within thirty minutes,” Zane instructed Ryan as soon as the elevator doors closed. Ryan was surprised at the sudden command. When he looked at his boss, he was taken aback by the rare flicker of emotion on his face.

Everything felt surreal, like I was living in someone else's body. I... I could see again. "Sight," my wolf yipped in excitement. "Sight! We're finally whole again." I'd been blind—trapped in endless night since the attack. Three years of depending on others, of being helpless, of living in a world of shadows. Three years of memorizing the layout of rooms by counting steps, of identifying people by their voices and scents alone. I threw off the covers and swung my legs over the side of the bed. My heart was racing.

"Thank you, Aunt Cleo. This means a lot to me." The pendant Aunt Cleo gave Aqua was nothing short of mesmerizing. Crafted from sterling silver, the pendant was shaped like a delicate crescent moon, symbolizing the mysterious and potent nature of Aqua's powers. At the center of the crescent nestled a large, oval-cut gemstone that was uniquely clear, like a drop of captured morning dew. The clarity of the stone made it particularly special, as it reflected Aqua's emotional state, changing color with her mood. Intricate filigree work adorned the crescent moon, with tiny symbols and runes etched into the silver, each representing protection and strength. The craftsmanship was exquisite, making i

Zora responded by shifting into his werelion form, his fur growing thicker and his mane more majestic. Teeth snapped and claws slashed as they fought tooth and nail. Blood flowed freely as they tore into each other, neither one giving an inch. Just when it seemed like Zora was gaining the upper hand, Malik saw an opening, and with lightning speed, he reached out and poked Zora in the eyes. He rendered him blind, just as Zora had rendered Malik blind, during his childhood. Zora roared in pain, blinded by Malik's sudden attack. Malik growled with all his might, basking in the glory of rendering Zora blind.

‘You will lose your sight and let’s see how you still go after him,’ she said in her heart. Cycluxs can perceive danger with their nose. The eldritch blast has kept the creature down but sensing danger forced the creature to open his eyes with his gaze on Zira. Before she could lift the dagger, the creature smashed her with the palm. He was enraged and rose to his feet. He started sniffing once more to know the direction, the intruders have taken.

History was being written then and there, the Calyx pack witnessed the unnatural sighting of the first eye-color changing wolf, with the rank that was considered to be the lowest. Zeus appears in the cave where the Wendigos have been hiding for centuries. They always thought their location was a well-kept secret. Zeus has always made sure to keep a watchful eye on all evil beings and creatures that may be a threat to Wisdom and were known to side with demons. The cave seems to be empty but as Zeus walks deeper into the cave and sees thousands of Wendigos discussing attacking the surface to take humans to feed on. “So going after my great granddaughter wasn’t enough that now you want to go after defenseless humans.” Zeus yells while throwing thunderbolts at some of the Wendigos.”

I felt a pang in my chest. I was living here so comfortably that I almost forgot that not a lot of people accept blind royalty in this society. "Exactly," one of them agreed. "How could a blind person lead our kingdom? She'll be incapable of leading the constituents. And there are also rumors saying that she doesn't have a wolf. Will she just be a token queen, then?" They sighed. "Well, it's not like we have a say in this. We'll just have to live with a blind and wolfless queen for the rest of our lives, then. I pity this kingdom."

‘I have a bad feeling about this,’ Zeus said. ‘Let’s keep an open mind,‘ I replied to him. But then Zeus stopped running catching me off guard. ‘What the hell?’ I shouted at Zeus. But when I look in the direction that he was looking I was surprised to see the blackest and biggest wolf in front of me. But that didn’t bother me, what bothered me was seeing the bluest of eyes I have ever seen. The eyes look like the ocean.

I watched as Poseidon's gaze snapped in my direction. His gaze burned through me like wildfire. And his eyes darkened as he stared at me like a predator assessing his prey, to devour hungrily. I saw nothing but plain lust as he stared at the little bit of cleavage my cloth exposed. My feet wavered a little bit, and I met his gaze with a scornful look, as I made my way towards the couch. He only gave a sinister smirk. "Sit" Zeus ordered. I did. And Artemis sat beside me.
