You're really good at hiding!" Lonnie swallowed hard. His body trembled as he glanced back, but the office was empty. Seeing that the GM wasn't here, he started to relax. Then, two drops of foul-smelling liquid landed on his hands. Confused, he looked up. A chainsaw dropped from above, slicing his body clean in half… Once the chaos inside died down, I stepped into the office and gently wiped the blood from the GM's face with a wet tissue.

He was reloading a sleek black MP5 from the prepper’s gun safe, his hands steady but his eyes wide with the certainty of death. The window shattered. Liz-1 and Liz-2 were already moving as one, like a dance choreographed in an alternate dimension. Liz-1 with a pump-action shotgun—blam!—clearing a full-body silhouette right off the sill. Liz-2 with a crowbar, jabbing under the chin of another and yanking it backward into the dirt. Neither said a word. I had no idea if they were mad at each other or in perfect synch, but I was glad they were on our side.

BECCA’S POV The concrete was freezing, but in my head, I was running through a field of fire. I was back at the university gate, but everyone was holding funeral candles. I turned to run, but my feet were stuck in a thick, black sludge that smelled of filth and old blood. "You can't run from the Loom, Rebecca!"

“You throw one hell of a party favor. Here... tell me these are what I think they are.” I handed him the stuff and Lucius’s eyes widened when he saw the device. “That’s the Nexus Drive. The heart of the whole zombie control system. And the iPad… that’s how Grimlow directs them. Without these, the infected are just… lost.” “Perfect.” I slammed the iPad against the wall. Plastic cracked and screens shattered. I stomped the Nexus Drive until the blue light died with a sad little pop. Sparks flew. “No more puppet master for anybody.” Lucius nodded.

She shouted causing all the vampires to be tied to both wrists with chains. There are only a few vampires here unlike humans. The vampires tied together with Shantelle and her Father. I groaned when the old woman cut me on one of my fingers causing it to bleed. Slowly drop it into the water. I turned to face the vampires when I heard the chain clang. My eyes widened when their eyes turned yellow and were trying to break free from the chain while looking at me as if they were ready to take away my blood. Shantelle is like that too.

I immediately exchanged points for several cages made from a special reinforced material. After unlocking them, I positioned the cages directly behind the gate, then stood there myself as bait. The moment the zombies spotted me, they immediately charged straight toward the gate. And the second they rushed into the cages, I slammed the metal doors shut behind them. Just like that, the zombies became my property. I locked them all inside massive wheel-shaped cages and hung rotting flesh at the front. Driven by the scent of the meat, the zombies would mindlessly keep running forward nonstop.

I chuckled and leaned her back in the seat, kissing her forehead again. "Alright, let's go buy some ice cream," I fastened her seatbelt and kissed her head once more. "How many kisses have you had?" She asked, and I jokingly replied. "I didn't know my body could move on its own, hahaha." She gave me a look and then leaned against the seat. "So this is what it feels like to be bitten by a vampire. It feels like I just made a blood donation but in a faster way. You're like a sucking machine, hahaha." I furrowed my brow and turned the steering wheel.

Since Oscar was never out of a cigar, he suspected that she was the one that was supplying him. He wished that she would do it because the both of them were always at loggerhead. While some zombies were killing the failed experiments, other zombies were putting their body parts in a bag, reading them for the black hole. "Come on! These evil zombies are chained! Get on with it!" He barked as his eyes darted to one zombie that fell on the ground, one of the chained Failed Experiment had killed him. He used the chain to pull off his head from his throat.

Crunch. Rows of deep bite marks appeared instantly on the saber. The creature scrambled up the blade, gnawing its way toward Hayley's hand. Hayley tightened her grip and violently twisted her wrist, spinning herself and the child zombie around in midair several times. Shing! With a sharp flick, the saber vibrated like crashing waves. The ringing blade echoed through the silent hospital hall like a dragon's roar. The shockwave blasted the child zombie away. Before it could recover, the saber fell from above and stabbed straight through its forehead.

"Okay good, where did you keep the banger?!!" Don get the banger on the sofa and Henry wanted to enter the room Mrs Collins was without knocking also but, Don holds his hand and shouted wait! with his eyes wide open. Then Henry ask him why?
