Luan walked into the flames. The fire did not burn her. The smoke did not choke her. The heat did not touch her. She walked through the burning valley until she reached the center of the clearing. The hunger followed. What are you doing? it asked. She turned to face it. I'm showing you that I'm not afraid. The hunger's white eyes widened. Impossible. Luan stepped closer. The gold light from her palm spread up her arm, across her chest, over her whole body. She was glowing. She was burning. But she was not consumed.

'Shut your mouth before something flies in it,' Geras chides me, and I mentally snap out of my stupor. “W-what’s your name?” I manage to ask, still taken aback by her presence. She turns those massive Dark blue eyes towards me, rumbling quietly. ‘I’m Zanthe. The moon goddess sent me early to save Zahra.’ As she communicates with me, a nudge at the edge of my consciousness alerts me to another attempting to mind link. "Hang on a minute," I say aloud to Zanthe, then open the link. It’s Lauren, 'What’s going on?'

"She's suffering right now because of me! Because I was too blind to see the truth!" "Ronan, you need to calm down—" "Don't tell me to calm down!" I spun to face her fully. "Who are you anyway? How do you know all this?" “My name is Nyara. I’m one of the messengers of the Moon Goddess.” I stared at her. "The Moon Goddess sent you?" “Selene touched the Forbidden Light and lost her present consciousness. You need to remember everything to help her before it’s too late" "Before what's too late?"

This figure, resembling a water goddess and known as the Goddess of Nature, was truly incredibly powerful—he couldn’t recall the last time he had sensed such power from Hai Mingyue. Taking a deep breath, the Sword God immediately took his leave from Hai Mingyue, brought his wife inside, and turned to leave the Ashura Realm without the slightest resistance. But before he left, a voice from the carriage clearly warned Hai Mingyue to be careful.

“Why are you calling me?” The woman turned slowly, her face serene, yet sorrowful. Her eyes, silver like the moon itself, locked onto Hana’s. “I am Selene,” she said, her voice soft yet commanding. “The Moon Goddess.” Hana’s fists clenched at her sides, her nails digging into her palms. The title sent a surge of rage boiling inside her, her chest tightening with grief and anger. “The Moon Goddess?” she spat, her voice dripping with venom. “You mean the one who doomed me? The one who let my family die, who made me mate with the same man, the same monster who destroyed everything I loved?”

Rainn replied, "Whom?" Beau said raising a brow questioningly. "Fala." My brows furrowed as he stared at her in confusion, "I'm sorry but who's Fala?" "She's soon to become the Luna of tribe Fianna, one of the thirteen tribes of Gaia." Rainn replied nonchalantly.

Fūjin cast an expressionless face as he turned to Bellona. "Don't speak nonsense." Tyr, Hades, Gaia, Guanyin, Jupiter, Kali, Fūjin, Bellona, Aion, Hel, Selene, Inari, Izanagi and Izanami, Varun, Invidia, Fenrir, Chang'e, Sitan, and Sin. Neith tried to recite the 20 names in her head while they were seated at Tyr's table. The voice speaks, again it’s a soft musical sound. “Hello, who’s there?” I ask into the darkness. I see a light in the distance, it’s moving towards me. All of a sudden right in front of me is a woman, the most beautiful woman. Her hair is silver and slightly blowing in the breeze that isn't even here. She smiles at me and tilts her head to the side “Hello Nari '' She says, her eyes are sparkling like stars against the blackest of night sky. It’s the Moon Goddess, Selene. She smiles again as though she just heard my thoughts.
