Chasing My Secretary Wife

Chasing My Secretary Wife

BOOK 3: CHAPTER 1 -ELAINE- The scream clawed its way out of my throat, sharp and strangled. I ran, feet pounding against the ground, lungs burning, heart jackhammering in my chest. I didn’t dare look back. I could feel it behind me, him, his presence thick like smoke, suffocating, unrelenting. Then came the tug. My scalp burned as fingers twisted into my hair, yanking me backward with such force it stole my breath. I screamed again louder, more desperate.

Shattered By The Alpha

Shattered By The Alpha

I counted each breath, listening to the forest breathe back, until a sharp metallic tang hit the air. The scent of blood. I followed it into a small clearing tangled with ferns. There, near the center, lay the carved bone token, dark with drying red. Relief hit me—and that was my mistake. Three shapes stepped out of the shadows. Three Wolves. But they weren't a pack. Their eyes were beastly and wide and their bodies moved in jerky, unbalanced rhythms. Ferals. They began the scavenger’s circle. One limped, and his side torn open, but the others didn't care. In the Boundary, weakness meant nothing. As they closed in, my fractured soul pushed forward, a wordless snarl vibrating in my chest.

Hunter's Mark

Hunter's Mark

“My love, I can't afford to let that wolf kill the whole flock. We won’t survive the winter without them.” Tears streamed down her face as she watched him walk toward the door. He slipped out of the house and headed toward the pens. At first, he didn’t see anything but then out of the darkness a big black wolf with glowing red eyes appeared. He raised the musket, but the wolf was too fast and was on him in an instant. They heard the struggle with the screams of their father.

The Space Between Moons

The Space Between Moons

Outside, the ridge was dark against a sky going slowly, deeply blue, and somewhere a wolf was howling — long and low and unhurried, just marking that it was here, that it was present, that the territory was held. She listened until it stopped. Then she opened the folder and got to work. End of Chapter Three.

What?! We're Mates?!

What?! We're Mates?!

I can't bear the thought of Hugh's dirty hands on her, his scent mingling with hers! As we circle each other, growls rumbling low in our throats, my mind churns with thoughts of vengeance - to kill! I’m desperate to tear Hugh apart, to rend flesh from bone until there’s nothing left but a memory! Just as I prepare to launch myself, the noise of the rain is suddenly overshadowed by the sound of hurried footsteps and panicked voices. My attention flickers towards the intrusion, and there they are - the pack, rushing to Hugh's aid without a second thought.

Fire and Water

Fire and Water

Apparently, having seen that their prey would not go quietly, the last two had decided to retreat and save their own hides. And then, just as the shadows from the canopy of trees had reached out to engulf the beasts, something completely unexpected happened. What looked like three large, dark metal chains which met and merged into one after several feet snaked out of the shadows. The ends wrapped themselves around the nearest hound, a bluish-black flame sweeping across the metal, and with a quick jerk, the hound was ripped into thirds; its blood splattered all over the night and soaked into the sandy ground.

The Hidden Luna

The structure felt it too. The first hound did not like being denied. It slammed both forelimbs against the widening breach and lunged toward Alpha Cameron with terrifying speed, antlers scraping sparks from the air. The second circle rose to meet it, almost eager. The chamber wanted to decide what he was before he could decide for himself.

Mated To My Brother’s Best Friend…The Alpha

Mated To My Brother’s Best Friend…The Alpha

But when we stepped out and was able to see the horrors unfolding, I couldn’t help the shock that managed to break through my fighter's block. It was an image out of a horror movie, blood littered the floor from the dead and injured, people were attempting to get as high as they could away from the hounds who wanted nothing more to attack them. Scattered limbs lay all over the ground from people that unfortunately, couldn’t get away in time. The four hounds I’d raised since they were babies prowled the area waiting for someone to slip, which told me it was now or never. With a big breath of air, I scream. “CONGELAR!” I scream with such power and intensity, my voice echoed through the land ca

THE ALPHA BIKER'S QUEEN

THE ALPHA BIKER'S QUEEN

SONG OF THE CHAPTER: Gasoline by Halsey IVARA'S POV: The night smells of gunpowder and burned rubber, a metallic tang lingering in my nostrils as I skid the bike to a stop. My wolf growls beneath my skin, senses alert. I should’ve known something was off because everywhere is too quiet and too calculated but nothing could have prepared me for the screams. Hunters. They hit fast, like predators with no conscience. UV rounds sizzle against fur, scorching the wolves as if the bullets carry fire itself.
