Chapter 20: Vivian's motive
Things weren't going as I thought it would. I thought everything would be fine and at peace after having a mate. I know for sure that I didn't believe about having a mate but the unexpected happened. What I didn't know was that there were more unexpecting events to come.
"Ivy!!" I shouted as Vivian stabbed him in the heart.
I couldn't get up because I felt the same impact of the force she used except, Ivy was going to die while I went through the pain till then.

"Good morning, baby." I heard Ivan whisper as his arm wrapped around my waist.
I instantly blushed at the nickname, yawning, "Good morning to you too."
He turned me around, making me face him, "You're blushing again." He chuckled, bopping my nose.
"No, it's just strawberry- who am I kidding?" I sighed, ruffling his hair as I sat up, stretching my numb muscles.
