LOGINFuck! I can’t do this! He thought and stormed over to the fire, he grabbed her arm, turned her around and gave her a hard passionate kiss filled with frustration, desire, anguish, hunger and hope for more, yet anger at wanting more. The kiss bruised her lips, it was hard and molten hot, she had no choice but to take it all in. He forced her mouth open wide with his tongue, ruthlessly and relentlessly kissing her, she met him with just as much hunger. Calypso had no idea what took over her at his dominate kiss, but she met him full force, their tongues tangled in a heated battle, his claiming dominance over hers. She took his tongue deeper into her mouth and thrust hers into his. He tasted amazing, and his scent enveloped her. She could not get enough of his kiss, she pressed hard against him, wanting to melt into him. She had been denying herself so much over the years that she gave up fighting and submitted to his dominance. The blanket she was holding dropped to the ground as she r
Calypso watched as he continued up a very narrow almost indiscernible path past small waterfalls, then he disappeared behind larger waterfall that was further up. She cautiously followed him as she entered a large cave. She looked around the cave, it was huge, there was an old moldy couch on one side, a few patio chairs scattered around most were broken, and she saw what looked like an old cedar trunk towards the back wall of the cave. She could see what looked like another tunnel that led further back into the cave. She noticed an old broken mirror with large shards on the ground, it looked as if someone had lived there at some point in time, but they had long since left, leaving it to nature.“You checked for animals, and anything else, r..r..r..right?” she chattered from the cold.“Yeah, I did, there was nothing,” he said as he tried to get a fire going in the cave. “Damnit, nothing is catching, it is all too moist!” he said aggravated as he looked at Caly chattering and shivering,
Calypso was not prepared for the hurt she felt at Xander’s abrupt dismissal of her concern for him. When she saw him stumble and grab his head, she could tell something was wrong, she just didn’t know what. His blatant lie about hitting his foot a rock, was completely bogus. As she saw him stumble and groan aloud, both her and Rae were worried about him. It confused her that he could bring out these emotions in her so quickly, then when she touched his arm, she felt a shock reverberate up her arm, like tiny tingles when your hand falls asleep, but more intense. She had never heard of that happening before. When it did, Rae barely whispered, “Mine?” questioningly.“What?” she asked Rae.“I don’t know, I felt something! But I am not sure what?” Rae responded.“Are you drunk?” Caly asked.“Yeah right! Like I could be drunk if you weren’t?” she quipped back.“You must be, because I could’ve sworn you said Mine, when I touched his arm!”“I have no idea what you are referring to! Why would
“Hello old friend,” said a deep raspy voice in his head. He tried to ignore it, and continued walking, glancing back at Calypso as she was shivering, he stopped.“Here, take my jacket.” He began to remove it.“B..b..but then you’ll get all wet and cold,” she said declining the offer.“I’m already wet as is, maybe it’ll bring you some warmth, since clearly you are freezing,” he said exasperated.“I’m….” she started but was cut off as he took it off and tossed it to her, and she quickly caught it.“Just take it for once in your life, without complaint,” he turned around and didn’t give her a chance to even answer or respond. She took the coat only because she was cold, she told herself, but as she put it on his scent was all over it, it was the smell of cedarwood, which reminded her of home, and aftershave with a hint of mint, and something else familiar, but she wasn’t quite sure what. She inhaled deeply, and his scent enveloped her, warming her inside. She looked down at herself and h
Why does it bother me that he doesn’t believe me? She thought angrily.“Because you like him,” Rae perked up.“Whatever, I do not!”“Uh huh,” Rae laughed. “As far as him not believing you, can you blame him? You do tend to run off…”“Oh, my goodness, I have only run off once with him around,” she said exasperated.“Twice, remember, you ran away from him when he was trying to catch up to you, just a little while ago.”“Well, I had a good reason then, I was scared.”“True, but you can’t blame the man for not trusting you at your word, you have proven to him that you aren’t always completely honest,” Rae said pointedly. “Yes, I promise,” Calypso said looking him in the eyes, trying to express that she was being truthful. He nodded his head once as if he agreed to trust her word, then released Daisy’s reigns and he proceeded to cross the river, looking back once to make sure she was following him, satisfied that she was.Caly and Daisy crossed the river at a shallow spot and headed up the
“No,” she grabbed the reigns halting their movement, “Lightening is probably scared and could be hurt.”“He’s a smart, strong horse, he has probably already found shelter and is waiting out the storm like we should be doing. Besides if he is hurt, there is nothing we can do for him, and we will find out when the sun comes up.”“I’m not gonna leave him out here in the storm if he is hurt!” she replied angrily, as she felt tears well up in her eyes, and tried to hold them back, thinking about Buttercup.“Why do you gotta be so damn stubborn? Don’t be stupid!” he yelled at her as his horse sidestepped, not knowing who was in control.“Stupid?!” she yelled pissed off, “I’m not stupid! I’m just worried about Lightening!” she yanked the reigns from his hands harshly and tried to turn the horse as he clasped her hands and the reigns preventing her from giving commands to the horse.“And I told you he would be fine!” Xander hollered at her.“You don’t know that!” she said petulantly, crossing
