3rd Empyrean Book Novels & Stories

Kael moved swiftly between the aisles, his fingers trailing over the spines of books that had not seen the light of day in centuries. Lynox followed closely behind, his presence almost ghostly in the quiet room. Finally, they stopped in front of a tall shelf marked with the royal seal. Kael pulled the book from the shelf, the leather cover cracked with age. He flipped through the pages, skimming the text, until he found what he was searching for. A mention of *Meridian Ridge*. The massacre. The same battle where everything had gone wrong. The same battle where Selene had disappeared from the records, her fate unknown.

Zavian I was very interested in the reason why they needed me to lug this heavy fucking book. I hadn’t touched this book in years. I haven’t needed to. I personally didn’t know any of the Meridian. So, needless to say, when Emerald asked me if I have a book with all their symbols within it piqued my interest. I could see why Emerald would be interested in it, but when she said that Devon and Nate asked her to ask me about the book, I found that weird. The fact that no one outside the magic community had even heard, so when she said that, I was intrigued.

It was then that she spotted the ancient spell book her grandmother gifted her on her fifteenth birthday and hope sprung forth. “I can think of only one thing to do to keep ye from his grasp and, possibly, reverse -or at least lessen- the bloodlust ye have,” Agatha said with an anxious tone. “I recall seeing something in this book my grandmother gifted to me. She was a powerful witch.” “Please hurry,” Kira struggled to say in a voice that echoed with a male tone. Agatha grabbed the spell book and quickly flipped through the pages while she warily moved away from her friend whose emerald green eyes were displaying flecks of dancing red light.

"Demonic colonies?" "Yes. Before she became High Empress, she already ruled the Infernal Realm. She was a demon. No, not just a demon. She was... The most powerful of them all. Even more than her ancestors." Lariel listens intrigued to her newest colleague's account. "Her reign was built on betrayal, blood, horrible battles, and trails of destruction so great that the consequences are if felt to this day. Tell me, Lariel, have you ever seen another elf? One of pure blood, unmixed?"

A closed eye. Emily opened the book. The pages were blank. "What?" she muttered. She ran her hand over the paper. As her skin touched the page, words began to bleed into existence. They weren't written in ink. They were written in grey light. THE CODEX OF THE SLEEPER Entry 1: The Nature of the Anomaly. Emily read. And as she read, her world shifted. "The Oneiric is not a witch. Nor a mage. The Oneiric is a glitch in the cycle of souls. A mortal spirit that crossed the Veil of Death but was rejected, returning to the living world misaligned."

Meanwhile, a youngster like Thea became a Sage shortly after Earth’s Empyrean Spiritual Energy was restored. It was absolutely terrifying that Thea could become a Sage within such a short period. “The humans on Earth have immense potential.” The Divine Holy Emperor was stunned. The Divine Holy Emperor left Wyrmstead and returned to Mount Bane. He arrived at an unknown region on Mount Bane. It was an unknown area that emerged from the Sealed Realm. The sky was covered by dark clouds and filled with terrifying Demonic Energy. Even prodigies from the Three Thousand Worlds could not easily enter this area.

He asked him. Athon explained further. "The book withholds the secrets of the lake, my Lord. It is an ancestral powerful book that was discovered by the first demons," he said. Grey was still not getting what he was saying. Athon took in deep breaths. "Alpha, this book is said to consist of secret and invisible writings that no man can read. These writings when exposed, leads whoever is in control or possession of the book to the merging of all three worlds. The heavens, the earth and the demon world. I believe that was the reason why there was turmoils and turbulence in the world's," he explained more discreetly.

Chapter 3: The Floating Chamber The highest tower of Emberforge Citadel floated serenely above a sea of clouds that night, its crystal dome open to the vast star-filled sky as Lord Sylas Emberforge led Elyndor into the chamber with a gentle hand on the small of his back. The room defied every law of gravity, with soft glowing platforms drifting lazily in mid-air and constellations of magical lights swirling gently overhead like living stars. The air was cool and crisp, carrying the faint, sweet scent of night-blooming star lilies that grew along the crystal walls in delicate clusters. Elyndor’s heart raced as Sylas guided him to the center platform, the invisible collar around his neck pulsi

Present Day I’m in desperate need of a fucking cup of coffee! It's only ten o clock on a Friday morning and I have no clue how I'm gonna make it all the way to three in the afternoon. I watch as student after student approach the front of my classroom. I try my hardest to concentrate on what they are saying as they each give their thoughts on the book we have just finished reading. Many of the students end their presentation with the phrase stay golden pony boy. I am so glad that they enjoyed the book. Of course they did, a story about a gang of poor orphaned misfits fighting with the well-off rich boys from the other side of the tracks, it was a no brainer. I’m so glad that this book is par

Prologue II: Pyre, 3113 Pyre Av 5, 3113 Stephan Caliphus, King Everything was on fire the night he finished the book in the back room of a borrowed house. He laid his glasses down on the desk in front of him and rubbed his tired eyes. The crackling of flames could be heard as the city burned all around them. The blood curdling screams of the men in the streets where they died was enough to make the blood of the fiercest warrior run cold, but he was a man of empathy and it hurt him more than it did the others.
