The Rain Princess

The Rain Princess

I went for the dead tree I felt being driven to touch it , once I did , I felt it , that shiver that ran from me to the tree , so I was conquered few steps back from the unexpected surprise . the tree where I touched started to excrete water so much that all the ground became muddy and it started to grow and nourish small flowers moving and dancing around me !!! , it started to grow in so unbelievable speed. I felt so dizzy once I inhaledb the grains that came from the flowers. I was taken by it as I watched until water reached my knee , and didn't hear his calling like I was in delirium . he kept calling and waving for me but somehow I couldn't see him.

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

The result was a Hybrid Horror. "Look at them," Leo whispered, his indigo glass arm beginning to hum in sympathetic resonance. A nearby birch tree had developed the unmistakable, haughty sneer of Director Sterling, the man who had signed the original Ark eviction notices. The tree’s leaves were no longer green; they were a shimmering, metallic gold, vibrating with the Director’s translated thoughts. “...Finally... the air... the dirt... it belongs to the Shareholders again...” the tree whispered, the sound like dry leaves skittering across stone.

Troubled Heart

Troubled Heart

The new place wouldn't. And where would I go for walks now? What if the squirrels in this Brooklyn weren’t as dumb? What if someone else peed on my trees? What if I forgot the way back? With a heavy sigh, I curled into Lilac’s lap and stared out the window as the skyline shifted around us. Everything was changing. But at least I wasn’t going alone. The new place didn’t smell like us. Not at first.

Bryant truly is such a gifted writer. This is another great story that is absolutely worth a read! Loved the characters/their personalities and the differences they brought to the table that balanced each other out beautifully. As always author - job well done! Cant wait for more from you :)

Great read. As always, Author Bryant keeps you on the edge of your seat. Just enough spice to be spicy but not too much. I love that everything Bryant puts in her books has a purpose. There isn’t a spicy scene just to have one. Everything builds for the storyline and characters. Another 5 star.

Alpha's Regret: Mommy, Daddy, We Want to Be Together!

Alpha's Regret: Mommy, Daddy, We Want to Be Together!

“But you’re standing in a park, in the heart of Brooklyn. Why?” I hesitated, unsure how much to reveal. “I’m looking for something,” I said finally. “A connection.” “To what?” “Nature. Balance.” I glanced at the trees, their branches swaying gently in the breeze. “Even here, it exists. Hidden, but alive.” She nodded, a small smile tugging at her lips. “You’re not wrong. The city’s rough, but it has its own kind of wildness. You just have to know where to look. Look deeply in the city of New York, and you'll find what you seek.”

Honestly, I'm team Lucas. Nathan had his chance but he made choices and has to live with those choices. Lucas has accepted Sophia and loved her through the ups and downs. He has been patient and loving through it all.
Mave Noir
Even though I am not trying to justify what Nathan but some people just don't know how to handle pain and react on the moment, on the emotions they are feeling. Banishing was too far, but she has Luca now and I am rooting for whosoever she eventually picks.

TAKEN BY THE DRAGON KING

TAKEN BY THE DRAGON KING

the old man's voice called floating into my ears and causing me to jump in fright, "and still wound up from your problems I see, come child we have much to do." He turned around and hobbled, his skin was ashen and dull, and from the glimpse of him his looks were gaunt and those shining eyes had dimmed quite a bit, he looked sick he should be in bed. But he hobbled onwards for all he was worth and I found myself walking faster just to match up his pace, we walked in silence, well as silent as it could be with an old man muttering and mumbling things to himself, we must have walked for an hour before we reached a majestic looking tree whose height seemed to span into the heavens, again I had m

Rejected by my mate: Bounded by the Ruthless Lycan

Rejected by my mate: Bounded by the Ruthless Lycan

"I don't think that's helping your argument." "It helps mine." She argued. "You've become stubborn." She folded her arms."I learned from the best." That earned the smallest smile from him, it appeared and disappeared as quickly as it came. * * * * * By midday, the trees had begun to change, the snow became patchy beneath their feet, giving way to damp earth and twisted roots. The forest felt... wrong. It looked empty, there were no birds, no squirrels not even insects. The silence stretched on for miles.

Demon's Obsession - I'm Bound to Him

Demon's Obsession - I'm Bound to Him

I murmured, my words hanging in the air like a slow echo. I turned my head slightly, just enough to catch a glimpse of the towering tree at the center of the park. It stood like a sentinel, its massive trunk twisted and ancient, its roots buried deep into the earth beneath us. How had we never noticed it before? The tree had always been there, quietly watching over us, giving us the illusion of privacy, sheltering us beneath its spreading branches. Yet, now, everything about it felt different—darker, heavier. Victoria followed my gaze, her brow furrowing as she stared at the tree with new eyes. "The tree?" she whispered, almost as if she didn’t want to believe it.

The alpha's little mate

The alpha's little mate

I finally feel for them and I put them on . I need to get up before someone else finds me . The tree leaves rustles as a cool breeze blows through the trees . Everything is quiet and I get up limping when I hear a low menacing growl ahead. I stand rooted to the spot as the growl gets louder and deadly. I limp slowly with the dry grass crunching beneath me praying that I don't get killed by whatever is behind those trees .

The Alpha Can't Sense His Mate!

The Alpha Can't Sense His Mate!

Nevertheless, I swallowed my reservations and gave an affirmative nod. “Thank you.” He whispered and continued with his analysis of the map. Giving him space, I walked up to the said tree and touched its bark. It was so cold - I wondered how many degrees it was out here. “The Cold Valley,” I muttered, tapping the tree as I waited for Zadok. Suddenly, the tree moved, and I nearly fell on my butt. “What in the world-” I cussed, alarmed at the sight happening before me. I watched with a slightly opened jaw as the tree reset itself, turning into a door made of the tree with odd scribblings.

Revenge of the Silver Blood Heiress

Revenge of the Silver Blood Heiress

I was breathing, and it was enough. The silence of the dead phone in my bag became a strange sort of companion as I wandered deeper into Brooklyn's winding arteries. The residential calm of Heights gave way to the boisterous, sprawling life of Cobble Hill. The city here was not a skyline to be admired from a bridge but a collection of vibrant, humming details: the scent of garlic and sizzling onions from an Italian restaurant, the thump of a bassline from a basement bar, the rainbow glow of neon signs reflecting off wet asphalt.
