In the meantime, Gabriel could only drink whiskey alone in his office since he was so frustrated that he could not find any information about Eva's house. Tonight, for some unknown reason, he felt a lot of tension in his chest, as if a significant event were about to take place. Gabriel's weird emotion grew stronger over time, and it drove him to want to vent his rage but he was unable to do so. Because of this circumstance, Beta Cheyne felt uneasy. He dreaded the possibility that Gabriel would lose control and murder innocent people.

Gen muttered and walked back into the dark shadowed area she had been, before Ginika and the others arrived. “Gabriel, you look as if you just died and resurrected in 15 seconds,” Ginika chuckled after the cough must have subsided. “I have no words for you,” Gabriel said. The color on his face was fading and returning to those warm beige skin tones which got some girls in the brotherhood talk. He pours some of his blood into Marcel’s mouth and bends towards his ear. “Go back and get Samuel,” he whispers to the unconscious vampire. Gabriel begins to walk towards John’s scent. He sees a cabin ahead and the guards moving about like they are preparing for an attack. He keeps walking towards the cabin and then he suddenly stops.
