When I began writing The Rejected Blood Moon, I wanted to tell a story about love — not the kind that shines only when it’s easy, but the kind that burns through pain, loss, rejection, and still dares to rise again.
This book became more than a fantasy of magic and destiny; it became a mirror of the human heart. Through Lyra’s light, Kaenor’s strength, Kaela’s sacrifice, and Liora’s awakening, I learned that even the most broken parts of us carry beauty. That to feel deeply — even when it hurts — is to be truly alive.
