EVELYN I make it to my car before I completely break down. The tears come hot and fast, blurring my vision until I have to pull over in a parking garage just to breathe. This cannot be happening. Not again. Not when I finally started to feel happy again. My phone rings. Tonia. I almost do not answer but I know she will just keep calling. "Hello?" "Evie? What's wrong? You sound terrible." I wished she could be there with me when I had my baby. I felt scared. I couldn’t face Luca; he would realize something was wrong. "Someone broke into one of the vaults," the same man said in a rough voice. What the heck! ? "Which vault did they break into? " I asked as I looked up, my heart beating steadily. He pressed his thin lips together and scratched his sparse stubble. "The gold one," he muttered softly. "What! ? Did I hear you correctly? " I shouted as I jumped out of my chair. Pain shot through my lower back and my stomach.

Jericho I stand back and aim for the door’s weakest point. The first time my foot hits the lock plate, I can hear the people inside snigger. The impact travels up my leg, and I break several toes. It hurts like a motherfucker, but I don’t stop. The second time, the door cracks and the silver bends. “He won’t get in,” someone says from the inside. Oh, how wrong he is.

Axen looked at me without a speck of emotion on his face and said. "I accept. Our bond is broken with the blessing of the Goddess.' Axen tried and failed to hold back another howl. I charged forward and shoved her to the ground. "Get out! All of you get out! You broke into my house. You threw out my things. I'm calling the cops and reporting you for breaking and entering." I picked up the broken toy, pulled out my phone, and dialed the police. "Hello? Police? Someone broke into my house and pried open my lock. Please send someone right away." Eleanor picked herself up off the floor, furious. She drew her hand back to slap me. "You bastard! How dare you put your hands on me!"

Her grip on Melanie’s left hand tightened even more, until the sound of something snapping could be heard. Melanie’s friends were immediately shocked by the sight. They never expected that the girl they’d bullied earlier that day—simply because she’d been approached by Albert, Melanie’s boyfriend—could break Melanie’s wrist so easily. I did break so much of rules for him and I never regret that. And now when I see him, I feel proud that I broke those rules of my own. When I feel him on my arms I feel that sometimes breaking your rules bring you happiness in life along with the risks and sometimes when you break the rules, unexpected result might show up and might take your life to next level.

Frances found herself falling into the same holographic whorl she saw last night, and like a leap-fall, she was jolted out of bed. She got up and looked to her right. The watch laid there, no hologram nor any sound emanated from it. The time was 6:30 am, and she was expected at work by 8:00 am. It was at that moment she understood the whole process of getting her early to work. Though she was grateful to the boy for gifting her the watch, she felt the jolt was a bit too startling.
