Tribute to the Alpha

Tribute to the Alpha

Roughs were dealt with severely, and here there was a whole gang of them. "Do you want me to look into it? " Vasilios asked. "Yes my son, find out who is behind it. There is one more thing. It's time for our tribute to the great Zeus our creator." Zeus was the patron God of Arcadia along with Diana and Artemis. Every 25 years a maiden was given to Zeus. The tribute used to arrive from one of their surrounding nations as a sign of appeasement. This year it was supposed to arrive from Lidio.

Wonderful Story! Direct, short, but meaningful. No unnecessary events just to drag the story and lengthen it for extra coins… Kudos and Congratulations Dear Author! Looking forward to more of your books. Just improve the editing next time to make it better.

I loved this book! I enjoyed the storyline and the plot was solid. The character development drew me in and made me fall in love with and despise the different characters. I would recommend this book. Thank you for sharing your beautiful imagination!

Princess of Faerl

Princess of Faerl

I never knew when I would be removed from this place. “Do you know anything about ancient Greece or their Gods?” Endymion posed the question as if he expected me to know. Maybe the other Lunar Guardians had known, but I wasn’t really interested in religion growing up, so that was a big fat no from me. My blank expression gave him the answer he needed. “Oh child, so much to learn and very little time. Chaos was the first being, known as the universe. He created Gaia, and in turn, Gaia created Uranus. The two of them gave birth to the Titans while Uranus had a child born of the sea, or some say just from his own genitals, named Aphrodite.” He took a bit to pause as he saw I was mentally trying

The First Heir

Fennel was calm, but his words made Philip very happy. “I want to know what’s going on.” Philip knew that Cadmus was probably sent by Shawn to deal with him. He was mainly curious about Cadmus' identity. “That old man was Cadmus, a member of a reclusive faction. We have reclusive practitioners and secular practitioners in this world. People from the reclusive practice world won't appear for no reason, while secular practitioners are not qualified to enter the reclusive world!

love this book...the way the writer builds up the characters most especially the ML..but i was wondering why would the ML have to endure such humiliations from his inlaws when he could just show them his real 'him' as well and the enormous power that he holds considering the status of his family...w

CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

That these things are so to-day, you doubtless see, and need no testimony of mine: and that in times gone by the opposite was true, I will prove to you, not by any words of my own, but by the record inscribed by your ancestors on a pillar of bronze, and placed on the Acropolis, not to be a lesson to themselves, they needed no such record to put them in a right mind, but to be a reminder and an example to you of the zeal that you ought to display in such a cause. What then is the record? "Arthmius, son of Pythonax, of Zeleia, is an outlaw, and is the enemy of the Athenian people and their allies, he and his house." Then follows the reason for which this step was taken, "because he brought the

This is an interesting book with intriguing characters and premise. The author does well to draw the audience in and make them part of the story. The narrator feels very genuine, and I began to feel for him. Very well done.

Mhenn this story is Lit?. It keeps the reader drawn to the main character. At the first chapter I was already glued to how chuka's mistakes caused misfortunes to others. This is definitely a story y'all should read.

Fated to More Than One

Fated to More Than One

I move over to Theseus' fountain of sight, swirling my hand inside to summon Hati's human counterpart in this life cycle. Damian, the poor soul, is an innocent thing, but he is tainted much like any other human counterpart Hati is bonded with. He's pacing inside his room, talking to Hati as he begs not to hurt Lilith. My poor Lilith. Once, I believed in birthing my own child to battle my own demons. Theseus is the god of witches, his reign passed down from his father before him, so when we found we were mated together, we once made a pact of never having children.

Cadmus asked him again. “With the medallion in his hand, he can perform more powerful spells beyond our wildest imaginations. He can now continue his pursuit in dominating the whole world, and he will not give mercy to anyone who stands in his way.” Dante answered Cadmus and Rio was silent for he knew that he was telling the truth.

Cadmus sat beside me while the brothers all picked their seats. “Mother, this is Kara. Kara, I'd like you to meet my mother, Adina.” Cadmus said with a smile as he motioned to a very beautiful woman with long blonde ringlets and bright green eyes. She looked at me for a moment before nodding and flashing a polite smile.

In The Arms of Morpheus

In The Arms of Morpheus

I was about to probe some more when two little arms crept their way around my waist from behind and I was hugged tightly. “Dareios! I’m so glad you brought Callista with you this time!” Cassia cried out, turning to him and giving him a hug. His features softened and he lifted the child up onto his shoulders with ease. She buried her fingers in his unnaturally black hair as if it were silk and stared down at me with her large eyes. “What are you talking about?” she asked, her eyes seeming to pierce into my soul. “Just about Icelus and Phantasus, little one.” Dareios replied before quickly changing the topic to some nymphs who had decided that they were going to try and bathe in the river Styx

He mused with a shrug and surprised choke sound getting caught in my mouth at the information. “He’s your brother? What about the gold one? I don’t know what he looks like in human form but he’s all gold with gold eyes.” “That would be Cadmus. He’s the eldest. You will discover that there are a fair few of us brothers. Do you need help changing into this or do you think you can manage?”He watched me curiously and I flushed bright pink knowing I needed help, my body too sore and stiff for me to manage on my own. As it was there was a fine tremble in my entire body as I tried to focus through the pain. Magnus grinned and looked at my blushing face with a chuckle.

The Captured Rebel Is The President's Pair

Arethusa was so convinced that Hylas’s love for her daughter made much more sense, to the degree that she came up with a theory. But she could never be sure about that, no body could. Nature worked in mysterious ways. That was for sure. “Amalthea’s father…” Hylas asked after a long moment of silence. “His name is Cetus, he is a great immortal, one to be loved, respected, and feared,” her energy shook violently in her human form all over again. “And one that I broke,” she shivered. Hylas held her tightly, trying to be her strength.
