Evelyn's POV "I, Alpha Kyle Turner, reject you, Evelyn Sanders, as my mate." Alpha Kyle hoarse voice boomed in my ears making me freeze on my tracks, his voice laced with disgust. Crack! A cracking sound resounded inside my body and I felt as if a part of me was forcefully torn and taken away. My wolf howled in pain but there was nothing I could do about it. Tears flowed down my face as the pain became immeasurable, increasing with each second to the point I was unable to tolerate it. I could care less about the gazes on me. I was already used to it.

Kate POV “I Challenge Katelyn Adams for the Alpha title of the Golden Moon Pack!”. I couldn’t believe what I had heard. It was resonating through my mind, without fully comprehending. Looking into the crowd I wait for the voice to come forward. It’s familiar but with the crowd who jumped up loudly the voice was lost in the crowd.

Then she exclaimed, “My God! You’re ... you’re ... that machine-tool designer, aren’t you?” “I design machine tools,” Kim admitted, “but I don’t know about being ‘that designer’. What designer is that?” “The one that’s been featured in all the papers for the last couple of weeks,” Donna replied. Then she added, “You’re Dr. Kimberly Kane, aren’t you?” “I guess,” Kim admitted. “Oh, dear! Dan, this is getting better and better! You know how Kelly is always bragging about only receiving a high-school diploma on an honorary basis? She is going to freak when she learns that the girl playing her in the film has an honest-to-God earned doctorate!”

I had 7 of them that I asked. “let the party begin” Matias yelled and the music was turned up. I walked down to the snack bar to get some snacks when I felt someone approach me. It was a girl not so older than I was, she had beautiful blonde hair and the most charming blue eyes. She smiled at me and proceeded to put a cupcake on her plate, I didn’t even know who the hell she was and she looked very creepy. “hi, you must be Camila, I’m Danielle but everyone calls me Danie” she introduced pushing her hand out for me to shake. I shook it.

Danielle said and Kim smiled widely. "Thank you so much, Danielle. I love you so much, thanks for always been there." Kim stated and Danielle smiled. "Talk to you soon," Dan said and she hung up. Kim looked up with a smile on her face. "Thank you, God. At least, I would send something to Mother." She thought happily. Her phone beeped and she quickly reached for it and checked her screen to see it was a notification from Google. She hissed and was about to ignore it when she saw it was from Landon Hernandez's news. The one she read earlier at the restaurant.

KIMANI The sound of soft chatter and laughter echoed faintly from down the hallway before the lounge doors opened. Danielle appeared, elegant as ever, leading my trio of chaos—Malik, Zendaya, and Denise—into the room. “Mrs Kimani, your friends are here,” Danielle announced politely before stepping aside with a small smile. “Finally!” I exclaimed, standing up from the couch. “Girl!” Zendaya squealed, rushing over before I could take another step. She enveloped me in a tight hug that almost knocked the air out of my lungs. “Do you know how much we missed you?”
