A shadow had fallen across his book, and he’d looked up to find a stranger standing by his table, smiling at him from behind round, wire-frame glasses. “Can I help you?” Patrick had asked when the man said nothing. “Didn’t I see you at the production of Hairspray last month?” Patrick nodded. “I was there. Dr Patrick patted my back as if he knew the dilemma I was currently in, "I told Dr Robert that you are an acquaintance of my family and he understands that my nephew is more comfortable with you, so..." Oh my God, Dr Patrick lied that far?! I stared at the doctor in front of me wide-eyed and open-mouthed. Is he serious?! "I'm an acquaintance of your family? I didn't even know you were related until two days ago!!" I said in shock and the senior doctor in front of me just laughed as if what he just said didn't matter.

Tom said calmly, "Unfortunately, Patrick is sick and can't come today." Hearing this, the crowd began to discuss the situation again. "He's sick? Is it so coincidental that he fell ill on his birthday?" "Exactly! Is he really sick or is he just pretending?" Someone impatiently said, "He's had a condition all along. Sera asked, subtly shifting to create more distance between her and Patrick. "I think I’ll head out now," Patrick said with a sheepish smile, finally drawing his attention. Nate frowned, studying him critically. "I am Dyson's physiotherapist," Patrick introduced himself. Realisation dawned on Nate. "Dr. Farina said there’s progress. What's your assessment?" Nate enquired, wrapping an arm around Sera's waist. Patrick caught the movement, understanding dawning on him.

Patrick opens his eyes and sees the smiling face and two big eyes are just upon his head staring at him. 'Woohoo! Who the hell are you?' He shouted and stood up and sat. "Oh! You're still alive, I thought you'd never wake again. By the way, I am Professor, the one who gave you coffee." Professor told him and smiled. 'You bastard, how dare you...?' Patrick tried to punch him but Clark stopped his fist and said - I think, you should stay calm and take rest.
