The Scream Year of the Lilies Torrid Season The Hut Altsas Mavli MY FACE FEELS TENDER. Like cooked meat especially my right cheek. My right eye is swollen and sore. My mouth is bleeding and I'm sobbing. I sit at the corner I sat yesterday night and early this morning. I rest my forehead on my knees and wrap my hands around my legs. I cry loudly not minding that there are nine other people in the hut. I cry till my throat stings and gets really sore and till my voice breaks.

His mother shouted loudly. Jack opened his eyes.He saw there was no forest ,no wolves ,no screaming found himself on the bed in his room but there were tears in his eyes. "Oh! So it was a dream! What a scary and painful dream it was? Why is there tears in my eyes? I was crying? Wait, is it so? " he mumbled. He brushed up his teeth, took bath and got ready for the college. He went to the dinning table for his breakfast.

"Other than that, it's nothing very memorable." "I'm glad that no Life Shock had gotten any of you," mom said and then she pretended to check on the medical pad even she knew so well how I was. "May I know what caused all the bleeding?" Cammie asked my mom with a concerning look, but I actually went numb with too much stress. This time, I didn't see any alternative lie about the growth of my fangs. "She just had a severe gum bleed, that's all," mom simply said the truth.

Gasping for breath, I tried to sit up, but my eyes were drawn upward. Blood. A torrent of blood poured from above, cascading down like rain, drenching me in its warmth. My scream caught in my throat as the blood got into my mouth, warm and thick. I jolted awake, choking and gagging, my hands clawing at my throat as if to rid myself of the blood I had swallowed. But nothing came. No blood, no relief. My hands clutched at my chest as I wheezed, heart hammering, the terror from the dream still pulsing through me.

"Good morning baby." Remus smiled. This was the first time in a long while he had a nightmare but this time around, the nightmare was glaring like it was really happening to him. Sometimes, he knew what he was dreaming about. Other times, he couldn't make out what the images were trying to tell him. This morning, it was the latter. It was all a blurry image but one thing he could make out of it was the amount of blood and death that seemed to fill every corner of his dream.

Another nightmare. I drag a hand over my face, trying to slow my breathing. But the images still claw at the edges of my mind. Blood. So much blood. A little girl screaming. And me… or something that feels like me… teeth bared, hands soaked red, the world shaking underfoot. I squeeze my eyes shut, trying to force the pieces to come together. But it’s always the same. Just when it feels like I might see the full picture, it all blurs into nothing.

Sweat swamped me, my sheets knotted tight. But the worst part My hands were still coated with blood. Maya stirred from her bed across the room. “Rory? What the hell are you okay?” I shoved the sheets aside, my breath ragged. “I… I don’t know. It was a dream. It was simply a dream.” She sat up, squinting at me. “Dreams don’t make you bleed.” I looked down again. The blood hadn’t faded. It glistened in the moonlight, new and terrifying.

My vision kept jumping, sharpening on tiny details: a drop of red sliding down the leg of the wooden table, the frayed edge of a blood-soaked cloth, the slow rise and fall of someone breathing nearby. I staggered to my feet, leaning against the rough wall for balance. The room spun for a second before settling. My arms shook so badly I almost collapsed back onto the mat. Every muscle screamed, but the real pain was deeper, in my throat, in my gums, like someone had scraped them raw and left salt behind. I pressed a hand onto my neck and felt two small punctures, still tender. It was Tristan's bite. I now have his blood in my veins.

Blood. I woke up once again covered in cold sweat. Breathing heavily and scanning the room with eyes wide open. It sure was the scariest of all dreams I've ever had. This is happening to often these days. I thought to myself. Confused I dragged myself to the bathroom to do my business and walked to the kitchen for breakfast. Walking towards the bus-stop my mind kept wandering back to the dream. The most unusual of all kinds of dreams I have ever had. Why was I covered in blood?

I felt pain in my stomach and something sticky between my legs I groaned why does my sleep always get cut short I removed the comforter to see what the stick stuff was and I saw blood. "Aaaaaah.." I screamed so loud pulling the comforter up covering myself "What's wrong?" Dad, uncle Dean, aunt Melissa and Mom burst through the door. "Don't come closer.." I said as they stopped dead in there tracks. " I uh I just need Mom.." I added blushing
