They simply needed to fly past the mountains ahead to finally enter Eastplain. All of a sudden, a mocking jeer was heard. "My, how bold of you to show up here!" A dense black mist rose from the mountains, and within it was a massive white skeleton that resembled a demonic entity rising from the depths of hell. The skeleton exuded a terrifying aura, while its body was shrouded in a greenish glow. Its eye sockets bore faint flickers of greenish flames, and surrounding it were ghostly apparitions. More astonishingly, the skeleton possessed the strength of a half-immortal.

They looked like skeletons. ‘Skeletons? Wait!’ Zephyr thought. He quickly focused on what he saw with more intensity. His eyes glowed as he focused. These creatures were extremely thin, to the point where their bone ridges could be made out. They were covered in a thin sheet of skin. Such a sight could only lead Zephyr to think of only one creature — they were vampires!

I yanked my hand away in fright. With a huff, he shifted my thighs toward himself. I cried out. This is not how I planned on loosing my virginity. It wasn't in this way. Not now, not ever. Pounding my fist in his chest, I wiggled my body. I don't know what he did to my hands but I noticed I couldn't lift it. I was weak and exhausted. It was then I realized that he had injected me with a syringe. I could only cry and scream but my whole body stiffened.

A vicious, overwhelming aura emanated from the skeleton almost instantaneously. James and Zeno were swept several meters away due to the skeleton’s aura as they were caught completely off-guard. Meanwhile, the skeleton scanned the surroundings and rose up in the air. Then, it flew toward the sky at an incredible speed. “Stop right there!” Zeno shouted and quickly went after the skeleton. Just as Zeno was about to catch up to the skeleton, it turned around abruptly and blasted two laser beams from its eye sockets aiming at Zeno. Zeno could sense the threatening force of the skeletonʼs attack, and he swiftly dodged out of the way.

I held my breath as I peered inside and I immediately felt the air get sucked right out of my lungs. It was a skeleton. But not just any skeleton, iIt was longer than any human I’d ever seen, probably eight or nine feet tall. It's bones shimmered like glass yet looked as sturdy as steel. It was so clear that it glinted in the moonlight, and I noticed gold engravings everywhere across the bones.

All attention was captured by a gigantic skeleton, which fell on its side between the hills, but continued to convulsively beat with its limbs. Plates of bones flew down from the monster itself, vertebrae caved in and collapsed, breaking the skeleton into pieces. My eyes widened. The skull I had moved away from lay vibrating like a pulse of energy. I caught another movement through the corner of my eyes. I peered through the semidarkness. A bony hand rid of flesh poked out of the ground like the devil's spawn. My breath caught in my throat. I saw it pulse, vibrating as it shot towards the skull. Another bone snapped towards it, another then another and right before me, formed a full skeleton. My head swooned. What the hell was happening?

"You are truly bold, hunter. But you are no match for me. I’m And my army of skeletons will tear you limb from limb." With that, Belphegor unleashed his minions. A horde of skeletons rose up from the ground, armed with swords, spears, and axes. Edna charged forward, her sword flashing in the dim light. She cut down the first few skeletons easily, but more kept coming. They were relentless, their bones clacking together as they advanced. Edna spun, slashing and parrying with all her might. She could feel the heat of Belphegor's breath on her neck as he watched from the sidelines. But she refused to let him get the better of her.
