I bite the inside of my cheeks, struggling to stifle a laugh as my gaze falls on Luca's ridiculous footwear. He's wearing oversized, pink, fluffy house shoes that look utterly absurd on his otherwise imposing frame. I'm surprised I didn't notice them earlier, but now they're all I can see. I feel a giggle rising up, and I clamp my lips shut, determined not to give him the satisfaction of seeing me laugh.
