He was putting on a show. My fingers curled slightly beside me. Darren slowly pulled me closer against his chest while rubbing my back gently. The council members exchanged surprised glances. Even Darien raised one brow slowly. Darren lowered his head slightly toward my ear and whispered softly enough for only me to hear. “Pretend you sleep walked.” My eyes widened slightly. Before I could react, he already turned toward the room again while keeping one arm wrapped around me possessively. “She has been having trouble sleeping lately,” Darren said calmly. “Sometimes she sleep walks.”

I wanted to kill him so bad. "Let's go hiking!" The teachers go first and I'm on the last group with Leah. I'm really sleepy right now.. I can't describe how sleepy I am. I-thought you were a ghost haha.” I joked. “Good game earlier.” He said. Weird… I thought this guy is my enemy? But why is he here getting all friendly to me? “You saw me earlier in the forest. That was me.” “That was creepy, why were you even staring at us like that?” “Oh. I just slept walk….and I woke up earlier. Sorry about that.”
