THE FOUR guys who had previously undressed and clothed me began to approach me. When I looked at their hands, I noticed two men carrying shackles and leg irons. I gulped hard as they came to a halt in front of me because I knew what they were about to do to me. “Move your two hands,” the man ordered solemnly while holding the shackle. I gasped and closed my eyes before extending my hand to them. I heard the shackle unlocked before putting it on my hand and closing it, so I opened my eyes and saw that they already strapped my two hands down.

“Fine, we should be quick.” They walk away, and the heavy door slams shut. I wait and listen for any presence, and after minutes I open my eyes. With all the strength I can muster, I pull at the chains so hard as I begin to finally transform; the chains holding my arms up break, and I fall. I release my legs just as the sound of voices nears. The door opens before I can even hide. “Fuck, he broke the chains!” “I told you the bastard was feigning unconsciousness!”

He tackled him to the ground. The guy writhed a little as his sunglasses and cap fell off. "Wait. Aren't you Michael?" "You.... You're not Beau...." "No shit! I'm meaner!" He said and grabbed him by the collar. "Where is Robyn?" "I.... I...." Colin pulled his arm behind his back and twisted it. "Tell me or I will break you!" "I'm sorry. I don't know! I just wanted to get the money...." Michael cried.

He might have even attacked us if he hadn’t been shacked up. “Philip……” I said in a wavering voice but he didn’t respond. I felt like I was seeing a living corpse. He let out a deep growl that sent shivers down my spine. Susie couldn’t see Philip like this. She turned around and buried her head against me. Philip started struggling against the shackles in an attempt to free himself. He let out a growl and pulled hard at the handcuffs. I was stunned when it came off. He pounced at us but since the shackles were still binding his legs he fell on the face in front of us. The devices attached to his limbs fell with a crash.

He puts the cap back on and sticks it back in his pocket before pulling a set of keys out. I look over to Grey and see he is still out. Thank the goddess. I will try to do what I can to make sure we all get out of here. I look over to Stark and Jaxon. They both have sullen looks on their faces. They know what is coming. I see the look of understanding in their eyes knowing I’m doing this to save his life. I hear the last shackle fall off my body and it being jerked up. I can’t really move unless someone is pushing me from behind. This asshole pushes me so hard that I stumble forward and almost fall but I am able to catch myself on the wall.

Securing his hands on the shackles, I faced the bulky guy again. He clambered back against the wall, wishing those walls would swallow him up and save him from the horror of what I was about to do to him. “I’ll tell you anything!” he screamed. I raised an eyebrow at him. “Yeah? Like you told me everything before?” I asked, grabbed his hand, but he snatched it away, hissing in pain. Panicking, he had forgotten about his broken hand. “Ow! Oh, please…” he cried. Glowering, I then grabbed him by his feet. He groaned as his back slammed to the ground. Blood smeared the floor as I towed him away to the chains.

Reassuring me this was not how we ended. Time wore on. The chains did not break no matter what I tried. Fixed into concrete, I couldn’t make a dint in the fastening. Each link was over an inch thick, silver coated. The manacle was impossibly strong. Screams brought nobody to help. I hoped by trying to shift my way out of them, thinking that the sheer power of Sybil could maybe pop them open. Nope. Ended up with two broken wrists that took an age to heal. Maddox took to watching, staring at me.

I yelled trying to break free from these chains. "Guy relax. Nor be your country you dey na naija you dey.
