It was nice to have someone to talk about his romantic life with –semi pseudo paraplegic romance –even though it wasn't for free. It felt regular and archaic and old and a total cliché when he took his first step towards the man. He expected to feel something new, but it was still the same. From the ground floor elevator to the third floor where Hamilton's office was; the purple orchid that hung to right side of the door; the room thirty seven copper plated office number with Dr H. E. Greenfield boldly inscribed beneath, everything up unto this moment felt too predictable and strangely insipid.

It was Daniel's mother that she addressed with the query, "M -mommy, can you explain me why the pages of this book are torn? In part because the pagers are torn, I was unable to continue reading it. Because I was so captivated, I had intended to read it because of the title." When Asteria took up the book, Amira bit the inside of her lower lip in frustration. After touching the silver book, Asteria had imagined herself during her younger day, it appeared as though the past had come back to haunt her. The past that she wishes to forget. This book relates the narrative of half-blooded werewolves, who are half-human.

- Maria looked at her as if she was crazy. - Everything seems to fit perfectly. These gifts you have are rarely happening among ordinary people all at once. Of course, Angels can also heal, send sleep, manipulate emotions, of course in positive way, and so on. But as a half-Angel, you don't necessarily inherit all of your angel-father's gifts, because these are mental qualities. There is, however, a genetic trait that every half-Angel takes over, namely the wings.- Nadir explained more precisely, not at all affected by the look she sent her.

I asked, touching a particular thick book. “That one’s about bloodline history,” he said when I held it up. “It was written by a half-mad seer,” he added. His answers were brief, but still it felt like a conversation. I wanted to continue, so I grabbed a book tucked behind the others. The book was so old it looked like it had survived a fire. Its edges were burnt, and blackened. The title had long faded away, and the cover was cracked with age. “What about this one?” I asked, pointing to it without touching. “Why are you keeping it?”

For the first time in a long time, Elle felt like they might be okay not whole, not yet, but on their way, one step at a time. **********************

I beckon her over, "Sorry to interrupt, you know I love that you're so good at all this, but you should meet my new friend Mid. She's great." "Ah, Lion's daughter. I can't believe it," she mumbles, turning to Mid, who comes approaching us with unsure, slow steps. Gemma whispers, "Why does she smell human?" "She’s only half-wolf," I reply, and when Mid is close I pull away from Gemma to hug her once more because I can't stop. She's too adorable not to. I want to keep her by my side all the time like a stuffed animal, "Midnight, this is my good friend Gemma. She's my promoter’s daughter, my classmate in college and my lover from time to time."

Had she ever had a crush on anyone before? She wanted to fly away to her friends and bury her head in their laps. Everything had been fine moments before. Something had shifted when they’d locked eyes and now, Daffodil wished she didn’t have to see him. The Half-Fairy glanced down to look at the stack of books that had dwindled down to the two in her hand. She sighed. They’d been borrowed but she had misread where to place each. She would have to walk all the way back to find out if they were to be placed back in the shelves or kept aside on reservation for a student or staff.

Reiya: Turn to the last few pages of that book and you will notice something. I opened the book and started surfing the last few pages of the book and to my surprise there really was something in the book. A page torn in half and in the half that was still attached to the book were three letters that ended at the torn part and seem to have no connection to everything that I have learned up to date. Those letters were ''NEA-''

She slipped them on and then went into the bathroom to brush her teeth to get ready for bed. Afterward, she lay in her bed and opened her book, a novel about living in the 1500s. A palace made of stone, a prince, and a banned relationship was involved. She licked her lips as she read the part about the prince; he was tall, dark, handsome, and of course, charming.

“We don’t serve half-lings.” “I just need a book and then I’ll be out of your hair.”, I answered. “You don’t get it do you.”, they snap. Breathing, I state, “You only serve light creatures.”, then turn around and walk out. Wanting to growl but hold it, as I continue my search for a bookstore; having gone there the whole town and not a single bookstore that serves half-lings so I head for a witch store, it’s the last option I have because I doubt the institution would have the book I’m looking for. Witches sometimes don’t like half-lings, I haven’t asked a witch who hates half-ling since I’ve only met one witch; hesitantly, I knock on the door. You never know when they put a spell on it.
