Hogwarts Legacy Shrieking Shack Novels & Stories

The Hollow Choir carved their vault into the sub-basement that used to be the city morgue. Perfect place for dead things to keep secrets. We take the freight elevator shaft (ropes, claws, fox-fire, and one very pissed-off storm queen). At the bottom: a door made of human ribcages laced with silver choir wire. The six chained sorcerers are dragged in behind us, still bound in Shambhala silver. I don’t speak. I just look at the lead sorcerer and raise an eyebrow. He lifts a trembling hand. The ribs part like curtains.

Just Gideon, Cole, Daichi, a few new recruits too green to realize what they’d signed up for and Lucian, that cold bastard who made every shadow seem to lean his way. They found her exactly where Gideon said she’d be: outside her small shack perched on a sagging chair made of bones and driftwood, her one good eye glinting under the hanging moss. The old hag looked like the swamp had made her on purpose, skin the color of old tea, hair wild and streaked with silver, bracelets of teeth and shells clinking around her wrists. When she saw them, she grinned slow and wide.

“Your lord will have your heart!” Maddox’s shadows bind a wraith, but a claw rakes his chest, blood spraying, his roar raw. “Lena, move!” Sylvara’s vines uproot a Shadowwalker, her aura straining, but she gestures to the fortress’s core, its spire a black wound. “The relic’s there! Go!”

I tell grandmother “Don't believe all you hear, I have been in this world centuries before came in, and when I say that there's no repercussion from the moon goddess, believe me. That is all a way of making young witches and warlocks not do dark magic. Besides, when you get to Showek's College, you will discover that it is on the curriculum. Dark arts isn't all bad Hermione.” Grandmother says “So, when am I to get it and give it to you?” I ask achingly

There is no sound at all to mark the arrival of a sword in Aiden’s hand. Dark shapes vault over the top of the boarding around the bandstand and lope towards us from more distant trees. I judge more than twenty, perhaps twice as many though I have no time for a proper count. Still more shapes lurk in the shadows under the trees further back. I reach out to Blackmarsh. Come to me! I call the ghosts. Come and fight! “/Jade, sunglasses./” Shelley orders, and Jade hurries to obey as the witch holds up a handful of powder and flings it skywards. “/Daylight in three, two, one-/ God of the Day, grant your light! So mote it be!”

Big and dangerous that will no doubt have grave consequences for us all. Especially the one who has hired us all to this Facility. He is mad with a desire for eternal life. He has mages visit us sometimes to do different experiments on the Subject. What they do to him is beyond me. It sometimes appears back in its room with strange black markings on its body. After a few days though; the markings just disappear. This place fills me with dread, and I don’t know how much longer I can continue to work for these kinds of people. The work here greatly tests one’s faith in God.

Xavier and I walk out into the night; he stops taking my hand in his and whispers, “Are you ready?” I nod; we turn back toward the castle when we hear footsteps running toward us. A guard stops in front of Xavier and says, “Werewolves have been spotted in the village.” Xavier hisses; within moments, Skyla approaches us; she kisses Xavier before saying. “I will go and see what's happening.” I grab her arm while I mind-link Sharna, “We need you at the castle gates.” Then I turn to Skyla and say, “Sharna will go with you.”

“Not if I have anything to say about it.” The room was plunged into chaos. Clara’s heart raced as she spun around, her eyes searching the encroaching darkness for any sign of Wickham or the children. The chamber seemed to warp, the walls expanding and contracting as though alive. The shadow moved swiftly, its tendrils wrapping around the pedestal in the center of the room, guarding the relic. “You will fail, just as they did before you,” the shadow hissed, its voice a menacing growl that reverberated through the chamber.

Thalia gasped, her hand instinctively covering her mouth, the shocking sight disrupting her initial intentions. A heavy silence enveloped the house, signaling to Thalia that something was seriously amiss. Closing her eyes, she focused on the unusual stillness, attempting to tap into the thoughts of those within. What she heard echoed in her mind sent a chill down her spine: "Help, the ghost shifters are real." "Ghost shifters?" Thalia repeated, her confusion evident. Without hesitation, her claws unsheathed, a clear sign of her readiness to confront any potential threat. Determined, she headed towards the interior of the house, her senses heightened, poised for action.

Morgan shouted unintentionally. "Fûck you!" Sabrina barked, slapping her. Morgan spranged up and raised her hand to slap her back in anger... "Do it! Ok? Do it and leave this house tonight, bloody orphan!" Sabrina dared. Morgan's hand went down, and Sabrina left the room. Morgan sat back on the bed, burying her face in her palms. * NEXT DAY, 7:30PM~LEGACY COLLEGE* It took weeks to build a mirror maze, but the arts department did it with adequate help from the other faculties.
