I sigh a little, and shake my head as I look at Adam. “Very well.” He says, nodding. “We will hold off on making a decision until we wrap this up then. I’d say we can hold an event for this on the full moon.” He turns to say the last part to Serena, almost like he was asking her permission. She nods in agreement, and he turns back. “Yes, the full moon is when this will all take place. So make sure you prepare yourselves, men.” He looks at both Sebastian and Killian then, who both nod in agreement. “We’re done for the day then.” Adam nods and everyone starts talking amongst themselves as soon as he sits back down and starts whispering to Serena.

And it doesn’t mean I can’t help the people I care about. “To be honest, the only thing keeping me sane right now is the competition,” I admit. I reach into my bag and pull out my latest design, carefully unfolding the sketch and laying it on the desk between us. “I’ve been working on this for weeks. It’s inspired by your zodiac sign.” Lisa’s eyes widen as she studies the sketch. It’s a delicate necklace design, with intricate lines that form the shape of her zodiac symbol, surrounded by small gemstones that represent the constellation. It’s elegant, but there’s something powerful about it too—just like Lisa.

she whispered, her voice thick with emotion. I nodded, a smile tugging at my lips. “They’re ours, Nova. Finally, ours.” Then, as she gazed down at the boys, something caught her attention. Her smile faded for a moment as she gently moved aside one of the blankets, revealing the zodiac signs on their backs. Her eyes widened, and she looked up at me in awe. “These markings,” she said softly, tracing one of the symbols with her fingers. “They carry so much power. It’s a sign—a gift from the Moon Goddess herself.”

When someone says that, it's almost always never good. The food comes. It looks so good. I wish I hadn't started off with the bad news. Maybe I should have waited until after dinner to say this. "Zeke is leaving Carodia. I'm going with him. Moon Grove is my life." Zane has a distraught expression on his face. He fights it, but it's the only emotion he can show. "He doesn't want revenge anymore? The moon goddess has given him an heir through the bloodline silver wolf. This is everything he has ever wanted." His tone is desperate.

My name is Elora and I reside at the Blue Mountain Packhouse. I have a slim figure, long curly blonde hair which I usually wear up in a bun so it is out of my face. My eyes are a deep blue which I love. I am not a normal girl though. You see I am a shewolf, my rank at the packhouse is an omega. I don’t know my parents because they passed away when I was just a tiny baby, so I don’t have any memories of them. The only thing I have is a necklace locket from my mother. I have never taken it off because it makes me feel close to her spirit.

Zade simply gazes up at the stormy sky, a frown on his face and I’m certain that the goddess has reached out to him, because he simply lowers his head, almost… defeated. Three men including Atticus circle him and one of them passes Atticus a syringe, which he injects into Zade, one that contains enough wolfsbane that knocks him unconscious. “Daddy ew, don’t hug Mommy when you aren’t wearing clothes, it’s rude!” Zion hisses as Sebastian quickly lets go of me, turning away as someone throws him some pants. “Zion…” I say, hugging him tightly. “It’s ok, Mommy… we won, it’s over now…” Zion whispers as the first ray of morning light peeks through the clouds…

Without thinking about myself, I jumped down from the podium and struck the death wraith with the Moon crest. It released Zira immediately and screamed. The light from the stone seemed to be burning it from the inside out. It thrashed around in an attempt to break free but the Moon crest held it captive. It ended up shrieking like that until it vanished into thin air and the Moon crest fell back into my hands.

They were so happy…. I saw Ringo staring at the same photograph with tears in her eyes. I rushed to embrace her and pull her away from the painful memories, before whimpering rose from her chest. I looked down to see Zahli clinging there, her wide green eyes darting to me briefly. Underneath her fluffy purple pyjamas, she was missing her left leg from the kneecap. Her right hand was stained pitch black, her fingers formed into sharp claws that clutched the fur surrounding her. The only thing I knew that had the same black staining was Cosmo’s Creations. Were they the monsters that tried to eat Zahli? How was she still alive?
