How Dare You Fire Me Does Your Father Know Novels & Stories

“You’re being dramatic.” “Am I?” I stepped closer to him. “Someone tried to kill me twice. My phone had a listening device. Cole nearly bled out. And you want to talk about me being dramatic?” He opened his mouth. Closed it. Then he walked toward Cole, each step full of controlled fury. “You’re fired,” he said again, inches from Cole’s face. “And if you come near my daughter after today, I’ll have you dragged out of the country.” “Dad!” I grabbed his arm.

His voice was tight, filled with outrage. “You never do anything right. All you do is ruin my image,” he snapped, raising the cane threateningly near my face. I bit my tongue, forcing myself to stay silent. Anger simmered in me, anger at his inability to see the efforts I made. “Answer me, you ungrateful human!” he shouted, his voice harsh and cutting. “I fired him, Dad.” My voice was firm, hoping to reach him with the assurance that I had everything under control.

Liam frowns. “Oh Liam you don’t need to be cold towards me,you know you want me”She utters with a seductive tone. “Get out now!” Liam yells at her. “But Liam…”She started but was cut off by Liam. “Enough I don’t wanna hear, you are fired!”He declares as his eyes darken with anger. “I’m so sorry please don’t fire me,I’m the one my poor father has.If I lose this job I don’t think he will be able to survive”She pleads with him.

“You both could have been killed!” “Dad, it was fine. Nobody knew where I was.” “He is an old man with nothing left to live for, Sasha. He doesn’t give a shit if someone puts him in the ground. He put your security at risk. Had you told me where you were, I would have told my father Sonny had fired everyone like he told me he had the last time I saw him at the club. My father had no idea he had fired everyone. Sonny kept it secret.”

I pulled out the folding chair and slumped in it. My father’s bony wrinkled fingers tightened around the coffee mug. “I said,” She repeated. “What did you do?” I rubbed my forearms, which suddenly felt chilled. “I don't know what you are talking about, Father, I didn't do anything.” The flat of his palm slapped against the surface of the table, making me jump in surprise. “I got fired today!” His voice grew louder, “After eighteen years I was called into the office and told my services are no longer required.”

I mutter, and his blazing eyes zero in on mine. "I have never touched any woman except your mother. The cow, who probably filled your head with this crap! Get out of my house and don't come back. I don't want to see you at the office either. You are fired! I'm done here," Dad snaps, and my eyes widen. "You piece of shit! You can't fire me!!! I am your son," I scream, and he laughs sarcastically before moving to stand right in my face.

Kaden “What the hell are you doing, Kaden?” my father yelled over the phone. “Why are you firing our staff? Kaden, these people have been with us from the start.” “That’s why you called? To yell about me firing your staff?” I tsked. “You’re one silly old man.” He kept babbling on the phone and I couldn’t take it anymore. I hung up on him. I don’t give a shit about anyone. Someone inside my company is messing with my funds and I can’t trust any of those folks there. I fired them off and hired people that I trust.

I have always seen him as a simple man with companies here and there and that was all I saw. "I am quite disappointed. This is not how I have taught you to do things. You need to be thorough and-" My father scoffed and took a pause. "You are fired." That was all he said and the gathering was soon disrupted. Everybody went back to their initial position after giving both the disgraced woman and the fired man looks of disgust. Tremendously relieved that I wouldn't be relaying a piece of terrible information to my mother, I made to go back to the food section when I noticed my father signalling at me.

His father ignored his harsh tone, which had been like that since the breakup, and asked him, “How are you, Son?” “I'm fine, Dad,” he answered curtly. “What is the matter? Did you fire your secretary?” “Yes, Dad. I terminated her employment.” “Oh! Did you?” “Yes, Dad. Don't let that bother you, please. I fired her because she was an error. She lacks comprehension and professional competency.” “Really?” “Yes, Dad. She is too stupid for my liking these days.” “I see. Can you come over to my office for lunch, or should I come to yours?”
