COME TO ME

COME TO ME

Where was the big guy when they needed him? To his surprise, the grim reaper put a reassuring hand on the teenage spirit’s arm. In all his years as a clairvoyant, he had never heard the grim reaper speak. But at this very moment, the grim reaper opened his mouth and spoke. His voice was not of this world, it was ethereal, delicate and light and it reminded Hans of overflowing milk and honey. “HaShem did not bring you this far to abandon you. HE will not forsake you.”

The Last Full Moon

The Last Full Moon

"What is the matter with me? I don't have any issue with you staying here. I am simply a messenger who has come to deliver a message to you." Blackwheel laughed. "A messenger? Did you make that up? The whole messenger lie?" "I don't know what you are saying, sir. I am just a boy sent to deliver a message." Blackwheel frowned and stopped laughing. "Of course, you are a messenger who has been sent to deliver a message to me. Can you tell me the message you have for me?" "Of course not," Ikenna responded. "Everyone knows that when a messenger is sent to deliver a message, he only says what he has been told to say and not what he knows. I am not permitted to tell you what Arinze has planned to s

Bonds By Blades

Without fear. Stopping several feet from Kael. “I bring a message,” he said calmly. His voice was smooth. Too smooth. Kael didn’t respond. Lucien crossed his arms. “You’re speaking. That’s already more than we expected.” The messenger ignored him. His gaze locked on Kael. “From the Sovereign.” Kael finally spoke. “You have one chance to say it.” The messenger smiled faintly. Not warmly. Not kindly. Like someone amused by something no one else understood.

Reclaiming My Broken Luna

Reclaiming My Broken Luna

“Astrid, Nova, Drystan—you’re with me. The rest of you stay here and guard the Amulet. If anything happens, you know what to do.” The air was sharp with tension as we approached the border. The forest was quiet, the usual hum of life muted as if even the trees knew what was coming. The messenger stood alone in the clearing, his hands raised in a gesture of surrender. He was tall and wiry, his features sharp and his eyes gleaming with the predatory cunning of a rogue. “You’re braver than I expected,” he said, his voice smooth and mocking. “Or maybe just desperate.” “Get to the point,” I snapped.

Another book where the female lead suffers for years, nearly a decade, at the hands of the other woman, and her ex. The male lead doesn’t listen to anyone who says the other woman is terrible for years. The author seems to wave a magic wand over all the abuse, and they kiss and make up. Wow.

This book is terrible. The story is just being dragged & same thing is repeated again & again. The ML is the most dumb & brainless Alpha I've ever read. Even his minions are smarter than him & the FL is just another doormat who keeps suffering in the entire book. She never grows a spine. Pathetic!!

The Lycan King's Defiant Surrogate

The Lycan King's Defiant Surrogate

The messenger is dressed in a simple tunic with a sash bearing the colors of Gladys’s pack lands. He waltzes confidently through the Hall, seemingly uncaring that everyone in the room is looking at him. Or perhaps he thrives on that. Regardless, he walks the walk to the base of the throne, then bows his head in reverence of the king. “You came here to deliver a message,” Caleb says. “So speak it.” “My lady Gladys is honored by your request to visit her estate,” the messenger says. “She would be pleased to welcome you but insists on one condition.”

I have read so many of your books on this app. They are all so amazing. I just know that this story will be just as amazing as your other ones. Thank you for being such a great writer and author. I am excited to keep reading another story of yours.

Great story! But I did feel that there were some inconsistencies, e.g. the baby. Also Harper doesn't end up as a surrogate, so I'm not sure the title accurately captures the essence of the book. I also felt that the ending was a bit rushed. When did Caleb realise that Harper was his mate?

I pulled out the letter, my lips parting as the words came out with difficulty. “Are you… the messenger… from Talon Voss?”

I hummed as I noticed the discrepancy, but waited for the right moment to point it out to the messenger. “What’s your name?” I asked as I read through the letter. “My name is Theo,” he answered, placing both of his hands in front of him. “I believe they instructed you not to tell me which pack you came from?” I asked as I dropped my hands to my lap, staring the messenger in the eye. He nodded in affirmation, waiting for anything that I wanted to say.

Claiming his Runaway Luna

Claiming his Runaway Luna

"Not until I know for sure what you are." I just looked at him and whispered something. "What if I don't know who I am?" It wasn't an answer. We were almost to the council hall when a messenger, who was pale and bleeding, stumbled in. First he looked at Lucian, then at me. "Both of you need to hear this." Lucian spoke in a sharp way. "What is it?" The messenger's voice was shaking. "The bad guys..." They didn't come to kill you. Lucian made a face. "Then what?"

The Alpha’s Banished Mate

The Alpha’s Banished Mate

“Greetings Luna Olivia of the blood moon pack.” “Greeting,” I replied, raising a brow at him. He stood up and I didn’t recognize him. “May I know who you are?” “I am a faithful messenger of my master, he had sent me to deliver a message to you, Luna Olivia,” He replied. I nodded, still scanning him and then I gestured to the benches by the side. “Come sit,” I said and headed towards the seats. I got there, sat down, but he only stood by the side. “Sit,” I repeated.

He opened one eye, smirked. “You’re late,” he said casually. I hissed, turning to Ronan instead, ignoring the bastard for a moment before I did something I’d regret. “Where is the messenger?” I demanded, jaw clenched. Ronan let out a long exhale and lowered his voice. “Alpha Ryn sent in Kairo. He’s the messenger.” I chuckled bitterly, a hollow sound that echoed through the council hall. My fists tightened at my sides. “A very cruel life we live. Is this some kind of sick joke? Has it come to this?”
