The only thing missing is a bag of nachos. The movies themselves are veritable classics, especially The Bride of Frankenstein which is in black and white. Most of them are horror movies, as in written by Stephen King or directed by him. Kate would’ve watched them any day with the Bali Girls but, being alone and in an unsavory cellar, she chickens out on Poltergeist.

She would go like; "Argggh!" "The creatures are back!" "Blood of Mary!!" The movie is truly scary but my mum's reaction is scarier. The worst happened when there had to be some weird looking creatures coming from nowhere to torture humans in the movie. "Ohmygod! That girl is going to die?!" My mum exclaimed, placing a hand on her chest. "And I really liked her" "Me too" Kaleb supported, keeping his eyes on the screen. "She's hot"

I have no idea what this movie is. "I'm good with this. I've never even heard of this movie," Anna says. "Ethan, are you good with this?" Kristian asks me when I don't reply. I nod in reply. James gets up momentarily to turn the lights off. The beginning credits are all it takes for me to realize that this is a scary movie. I fucking hate scary movies. I'm sure he fucking loves them. Of course, he fucking loves the same thing Anna likes. I jump at every single scary part in this movie. Not only that, but this movie is fucking disgusting. Who in the hell would make a movie like this?

Tonight isn't comical so much as wretched. "No. I'll be okay." I swipe at the few remaining tears before they have a chance to make it far down my cheeks. Spencer stands up from the couch, and Frankie lifts her head to look at him but promptly lays back down in my lap again. "My sister said it was a great movie about a dog." His sister is the devil. That was not a great movie about a dog. It was a super sad, unruly, horrible movie about a dog. "The dog dies at the end."

"What am I, a pussy? Of course, I can handle it! It's just some superficial scary movie of things that never actually happened." "Hm-hm," I nodded as we finally walked in and picked a seat on the third row. The room was dimly lit, and there were very few people in it— their silhouette, at least, since we couldn't see their faces. I could stomach horror movies pretty well, and Axel seemed to be handling it pretty well, too. Except this movie franchise was rated one of the top scariest movies, and while I'd seen the other parts, I didn't think Axel had seen them, too. He certainly didn't know what to be prepared for.

"So, did you finally watch that movie I told you about, or are you still refusing to watch anything made before the year two thousand?" I tore off a piece of the pastry and rolled my eyes. "I tried. I really did. But the special effects are just so bad I couldn't focus on the story. The monster looked like a guy in a rubber suit." "It ‘was’ a guy in a rubber suit," Jesse laughed. "That's the whole point, Nir. It's a classic." "It's terrible," I argued, though I couldn't stop smiling. "I'll stick to modern movies, thank you."

Turns out that they were vampires, and she found out about their secret. I scoffed to myself. “Story of my life,” it amused me. “Imagine if Julian and Henri reveal to me that they’re vampires,” I cackled, not believing my delusional self. Twenty minutes in, I closed my laptop and stopped watching. The movie was painful to watch. It was so unrealistic, and the actors were unbearable. After a while of contemplating, I decided to turn on my phone again. As soon as I did, I put it on Airplane mode, so that I won’t be disturbed by any unwanted calls.

Inside was packed. People were crammed together, arms bumping over armrests, popcorn spilling everywhere. Ashton held onto my hand the whole time, kept me behind him when we queued, like I might get trampled by teenagers in denim jackets. The film was trash. Predictable, cheap jump scares, blood that looked like ketchup. At one point, a zombie launched out of a wardrobe and Ashton actually flinched. I burst out laughing. He leaned in and muttered, "That's not funny."

Peirce shook his head, “You sounded just like my grandma with the way you talk earlier.” “Hm?” “Just that she is more calmer and a better person than you.” “Comparing me to an inhumane! Ha! Behold, don’t look down on me.” Frankenstein said as he removed is coat. Peirce widened his eyes at the sight of the person in front of him. Revealing upper half of Frankenstein's body glowing black and the sides from his ribcage down was hairy in silver fur just like he was in a beast mode with both arms and neck marked like the Nymphs.

The critics labeled him as a schlock filmmaker only and didn't take him seriously, he always said to people who looked down on the director and the genre. "—I mean have you ever seen any other classic movie monster scarier than a zombie? Dracula, Frankenstein or the Wolfman are pussies compared to a zombie," said Trevor, once they arrived and sat down on the bar stools. "It's Frankenstein's Monster by the way. Frankenstein is the Doctor's last name. The big ugly guy doesn't have a name in the book and only referred to as such," Zeke said and glanced left and right at the bar, looking for the bartender.
