Jamie growls. “Hey, I’m just making friends!” I counter. “Hi!” He greets me. “Hi! I’m Willow,” I take his hand and give it a short shake. “Isaac Desjardins,” he says. “Desjardins?” I frown. “Like Gamma Linda?” I remember all ranked wolves’ names, as Dad told me who to watch out for. I just didn’t know Gamma Linda had any kids… “Yeah, she’s my mother,” he replies.

I had finally made it, and those three wouldn’t ruin the life I had made for myself. “So the missing daughter has finally shown up after two long years?” Jalyssa asks. “Yes, and she was with those two women.” I answer. “Mom, I love you but messing with Tianya and Kylynn are not to be messed with. They are the two biggest rockstars right now and I remember hearing about them in highschool.” Jalyssa says.

She puts her hands on her hips, a dainty eyebrow raised. "I'm afraid of what her idea of 'Support her team' actually is." Ky nervously runs her hands through her hair. They are both complete opposites, Kyla and Blair. While Kyla is tall and a little thick, Blair is short and has lots of curves in the right places. Kyla's short blonde hair frames her red freckled face. Blair's curly black hair falls effortlessly on her shoulders, surrounding her light tanned face. Kyla is a socially awkward nerd, like me. Her thick glasses magnifying her blues eyes, making them appear bigger.

Jade too looks at Adryan with an enquiring face. "I, I- uh managed to see a picture of you, yes, that's what I was talking about" Adeena instantly replies, Jade knew that she was lying for she wasn't a good liar, and she was stuttering while making up excuses. She thought she might let the lie go for now. "Well, I'm Adeena. Adeena Mayflower. Adryan's childhood friend." Adeena introduces herself formally, with her hands raised in the air for a handshake. "Hi Adeena, it's nice to meet you" Jade places her hands in Adeena's outstretched ones, in a handshake.

Jades pov. I jump in the shower and get ready. I’m not even sure if this is fancy or relaxed. I’m going with my normal. A grey oversized sweater and nice wide legged jeans with some slip on shoes. A few turquoises rings and necklace. My long black hair is so straight. Maybe a braid,I think to myself. let’s leave it down. I put on light make up. Just enough to make me not look tired and stressed. I look at the clock and have about a hour till dinner. I sit down and check on Wyatt and the ranch. Luckily everything going smooth.

A month had passed, Jade moved back to her house but didn't get shipped abroad, rather she and Adrian had applied for college at Stanford university California. They both got in and both families were pleased, Jade was already a straight A student and Adrian was a wizard with the computer so all he had to do was work up his grades in other areas and he did well. It was the day before they left for school, their flight would take off the next morning. His phone buzzed on the table, there was a call, his sister was on the line, Adrian's parents were never around, but his sister was one person who had always been there, she was a big part of his life and they had a strong bond

I tapped explore and the first thing that came to my mind to search for was Faryah. She was using Faryah Mustapha Edwards now. She was easy to find. She didn't have any posts and her followers weren't that bad. 10k. Cool. I looked at the photos she was tagged in and my heart sank as I looked at her pictures in African wears. She was so beautiful. There were different photos here, with she and her family and my daughter. My Najmah. There were some with the Khalifa guy, their pictures pained my body, heart and soul. No one could deny that they honestly looked very good together and here I was on the side-line.

"Is Mr. Shaw not doing well?" I nodded, my throat choking with emotion. Aiden did not ask any more questions. He simply took his phone out of his pocket. "Give me the payment slip."
