JESSICA’S POV I gritted my teeth in anger as I looked at the scene before me. Morgan was in the driver's seat with that bitch Alexa seated in the passenger seat. Jessy’s POV: I flipped my eyes open and the ease I felt was one that I was starting to get used to. Coming here was a good idea and I was starting to feel it. I flipped open my eyes and the darkness in the room greeted me. Although I didn’t have a wolf my senses were still pretty sharp and I easily adjusted to the darkness in the room. I knew that it was still pretty early but I felt rested enough already and so I sat up in bed before reaching to turn on the lamp beside the bed.

She shoved it back under the mattress, only to notice the edge of the stack sticking out farther than before. Someone had already read it. Her heart stopped. The phone rang. Olivia answered, breathless. Jessica’s calm voice poured through the line like poisoned honey. “You’re a clever writer, Olivia. But every author should remember, stories can kill.” Olivia’s knees buckled. “How did you,” Jessica laughed, low and sweet. “Your book is a mirror, darling. And I’ve been staring at you for a long, long time. Years before Ethan. Years before you even knew who I was.”

She chokes out a rough breath. "I said stay away," she whispers. I whisper back, "Not until I punish you." My hand rises to her cheek, and I feel her soft skin heat up against my fingertips. The sensation sends a jolt of electricity to my dick, and my wolf growls deeply with desire. The primal urge to claim her surges through me: 'Take her now!' Jessica suddenly turns her head away, her hand clutching the door handle. But she's too slow, and I catch the subtle movement.

CRASH! Jessica slammed Jonathan's mobile phone down and stomped it on the floor. Jonathan was just staring flatly at his mobile phone at the moment. "I hate men like you!" Jessica left there.
