Alpha's Pup Mate

How come I could read it? I looked at the first words on the first page. "Lunar Golden Jade..."

the book is really nice, but Bailey is so immature and annoying, her actions in the last chapters just put me off so much, it’s like she makes me not want to read any further. Gray deserves way better.
JC..
I would love to read the (or a) chapter where Bailey first discovers that Grey is her mate. I don’t know if you intended to skip that part of the story or if it is a hiccup in the way chapters are loaded.

Seven Years

Seven Years

Then Helen and Richard left, saying that they would come to see me tomorrow. Jeffrey stood outside the door, hesitant to leave. "Audrey, we can never be together again, right?" Hearing this, Kash wanted to go up and hit him, but I stopped Kash. "Yes. "I’ve been unhappy for the past seven years. Jeffrey, how many seven years are there in one’s life?"

The First One

The First One

Nicole looked at the clock in the room and said, “I’m kind of in a hurry so I’ll make my story brief and comprehensive. After breaking your heart, I owe you an explanation my darling Muhammad.” Muhammad tried switching on the radio on his belt, in hope that anyone on the other end could listen to the conversation if the signal was restored. If Maryam and he were going to die tonight, their death might as well not be in vain. The most important thing was revealing the real identity of The First One.

Killer Smile

Maybe she's just reading that out of boredom, and maybe she likes Shakespeare and John Green novels? "Um...." I started. "Do you....like books?" I asked. Okay. Here it goes—first step. "I don't," Julie answered shortly and took a bite out of her apple without looking at me. "Oookay," I said awkwardly. "Then what are you reading?" I asked again.

The First Alpha

The First Alpha

Just when she was offering her last prayers to the river goddess, she thought her water broke. It can’t be! She panicked. She was unusually big for someone whose baby was only a six-month-old fetus. She clutched her stomach in pain and was filled with remorse for wanting to end the little one’s life when she thought about killing herself. How could she forget him? She knew it was a boy. She chanted under her breath, distracting herself from the pain that pierced through her body with each contraction. The waters of the Nile shuddered at the sound of the baby’s first cry. The moon emerged out of the clouds wanting to take a peek at the newborn; the first alpha.

"Once upon a time..." gave me the feels! You know, I often get bored when the starting line of a book isn't catchy or enough to fix my eyes on the next words but this one got me. Narration is great because it made me imagine every scene. Best of luck, author! ♥

Another good chapter. I have to say that you have definitely upped your game with this book. I am no doubt a fan of your other story but this one hooks me in right from the start. The chemistry between the characters is amazing,,would like to read more soon, cheers!❣️

The First of My Kind

The First of My Kind

Although I do prefer not using anything, except for when I'm truly hungry. I made my way into the backseat and waited for Mom. After a few moments, Mom arrived. She carried snacks, of course. Typical Mom. I stretched my hands to reach the pocket of the front seat. This is where my stash is hidden. Today, I am going to continue reading Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, don't get me wrong, I loved the movie. But the feels were on the book. I scrolled throughout the pages and the next thing I knew was that I finished it and that we have arrived.

Quicksand

Quicksand

He still didn't feel that much different from the teenager he was back then that felt too deeply. But he felt he was nearly there, nearly touching the doors that held the answers. There were hundreds and hundreds of teenage girls and boys seated in front of him. Here to hear the answer he had found in the form a book, that held pieces of his heart strung into the pages. Jules straightened up in his chair and cleared his throat. "Hello, everyone. Thank you all for coming to the first ever book reading of 'VENUS is not a Planet'." Applause and shouts erupted in the hall and Jules smiled. "Thank you. As promised I will entertain all questions and comments at the end of the reading. But before I

After Divorce, My Boss Made Me His Obsession

After Divorce, My Boss Made Me His Obsession

I tucked my legs beneath me and flipped the first page open. “Ready?” I asked. He nodded. “Hit me with the magic.” I began to read aloud, my voice filling the quiet corners of the room. “The Black Wolf,” I read, “Chapter One: The Full Moon's Birthday.” Julien leaned in slightly, his expression focused, his lips curving in that small, appreciative smile that always made my chest ache a little. Two pages in, tragedy struck the main character, and I felt my own throat tighten. Julien groaned softly. “I feel like this is going to be an emotional rollercoaster.”

Betrayed by the Beta

"Alpha gave you this to read, don't question it, don't second guess yourself, take this as the honour it is and let's see what Luna Jennifer has to teach you, he would not have told you to read it if he were not confident in his decision." "How do you do that? How do you always know what I'm thinking and bring me back from the edge?" I asked. "You're very easy to read, Cassie, every thought flits across your face," he replies grinning, then he picks up the book, opens it back to the page Alpha gave to us and we read. The page the Alpha wanted me to read is headed '17th July 1975'
