I replied softly, sitting down across from his desk. He leaned forward slightly, resting his elbows on the desk. “Tell me what brings you in today.” I swallowed hard, suddenly aware of how heavy my body felt. “Well… I’ve been feeling weak, really tired all the time. I eat a lot, and when I wake up with this terrible headache, I notice I put on some weight too, and I feel dizzy. My eyes—” I gestured at my face—“they’ve been puffy for days now. It’s… it’s not good for me, I'm a model and this could affect my career.”

Valera’s Point of View It’s been days now. I started feeling strange in my body. It was first unprecedented dizziness, accompanied by a constant need to lie down. Now, it’s an unbearable morning nausea that won’t stop. I battled with my tummy every morning as if it were trying to change its position in my body. I began having this unbearable headache. My head pounded heavily. It was the same today. I began to feel this unending, unprecedented phenomenon again.

I shook my head, trying to clear the haziness I was feeling in it, feeling like I might have just tired myself out. But nothing was working. A dull pressure wrapped around my head, growing heavier by the second. When I tried to push myself up, my arms protested immediately, trembling as if they’d already been used up. They felt wrong. Heavy and disconnected from the rest of my body. “What is happening to me?” I whispered. The room swayed when I stood, not violently, just enough to make my stomach drop. My vision blurred at the edges, dark spots blooming and fading. Something is wrong. Something is terribly wrong.

I let out a deep breath before responding to her. “It all started many days ago. I just felt my head spinning. The more movements I do, my body gets tired easily. Every morning, I could feel a stomach pain as if I am about to vomit. I can handle these things these past few days, but recently, it's getting worse. The spinning of my head was uncontrollable which made me lose consciousness.”

I woke up and felt like a freight train had run me over. My body felt heavy, and my head was filled with cotton. There was an annoying buzzing around me that wouldn't go away no matter how much I tried to stop it. I tried to move my hand but something was constricting my movement. I blinked and was met with a stark white ceiling and more beeping. I went to move my head, but it was stiff, as was the rest of my body. It felt like I hadn't moved in weeks.

His headache made him feel like his head was about to explode, his eyelids felt like they weighed a ton, and he felt like he was being roasted over a fire. Seeing Michael open the car door and not doing anything else, I felt confused. "What are they doing?"

JENNA POV My eyes feel droopy and sleepy, and my head feels much too heavy to be sitting on my skinny neck. I just want to bury myself in my covers and go back to sleep. But there’s absolutely no way I’m getting back to sleep at this exact moment. Despite it feeling like an overly large medicine ball, too heavy and awkward, my head is also pounding like I’ve got a middle school band playing off key in my skull, and my mouth feels like I spent days licking carpet or using sand as mouthwash.

I explained to him, he glances down at me and I give him a reassuring smile not wanting to bother him just like he had some with me earlier. I feel a bell go off in my head, it rings through my ears, I feel my knees go numb and my body become weak, I find it hard to uphold my body and my vision becomes blurry, at the same time I'm hit with a nauseous feeling, this is the best I can handle, "Heather? Is anything wrong? Are you okay?" I hear Keegan ask, I nod slowly knowing well I'm not. "you don't look too fine" He chirps in, my ears go numb and I feel myself slip out of consciousness gradually as I give in to the weakness of my body.

The weight of the day's events weighed heavily on my shoulders, As I stepped out of the car, a sudden jolt inside my abdomen caught me off guard. A fluttering sensation spread through me, and I smiled, realizing it was my baby kicking. The joyous reminder of new life within me momentarily distracted me from the exhaustion that had settled deep within my bones. However, as I took a few steps toward the door, a throbbing pain pounded in my head. The migraine intensified, causing a sharp ache that pierced through my thoughts. I clutched my temples, trying to steady myself, but the pain became overwhelming, my vision blurring.

My head grew dizzy and before I knew what was happening, I had passed out. . . When I came back to consciousness, there was a fog on my head and I couldn't think straight. I was utterly confused. My head felt thick and muzzy as if I had been speaking and suddenly woke up to find that I had dozed off in the middle of a sentence. What? Where am I?!
